Was all geared up to go at it for 8am then got a text saying a friend had got 6 for opening night, company they work for has a box and was included in the presale or something.There’s probably a lot of that about.
first two will sell out in no time, am gonna go again on the last night, reckon it will go to 5. lots of people will go multiple nights
The 2 will sell before 9
the other 3, which will be announced then, will be a different question
It was never about having 5 concerts.... it was a way around the agreement with the residents about 3 concerts... now that is done they can have at least 5 concerts in a given year... as someone said here earlier there are not too many bands in the world who could sell 80,000 let alone 400,000... We love the big event... It be interesting to see if the two gigs sell-out tomorrow....

I’d say he will have no problem selling 5, people seem to forget, he could easily have sold, more than 5 in 2014, they were all instant sellouts, and that kind of demand, has never happened before, or since, who’s to say that strong demand is not still there ?, i think it is, and they are also very well priced, and its likely to be one of the last, if not the last, opportunity to see him play here- for those who want to see him.(which excludes me !).
Why would that statement be around, when there aren't 5 gigs sold, and any of them being threatened with cancellation?

Only if the first few sell out. I really can't see enough tickets sold for five gigs but we shall see.
It will be fine, just make sure your logged on to ticketmaster before 8am. Don't worry about delays in getting the card verification either, tickets will be secured and you'll have loads of time to complete it.

There will be loads of tickets for everyone, don't be getting yourself worked up.
Extra tickets will be released in the coming months, and these will probably be the best seats, like Premium level, Corporate level, etc.

I think one of the conditions of Croke Park planning was that he couldn't do his round stage, as it blasts sound in the direction of the open end. They'll appeal it no doubt
Yeah stage was in the Hogan Stand, facing acrosss to the new Cusack Stand
Where's the custom built, could only fit croke park one off stage that was in a shipping container somewhere off the coast of Belgium?
Prob be the same stage as that in Croke Park as its marketed as 'the stadium tour'
Lower Cusack or Hogan best seats to get, some of the lower rows in the Upper level wouldn't be too bad. Davin stand not worth it for a concert no matter what stage type
I believe the show he did in the 90s went the length of the pitch itself as opposed to the normal hill 16 end set up. Though I think it was during the same time the Cusack stand was under development.
