A curse on whoever in diageo approved the packaging on their 15pk. A nightmare to deal with. Wastage is insane on them.
Dunnes in blanch are selling them, just ask at the counter
Does anyone reckon we will see any offers on the surge cans? I reckon it won't come down below the €15 unfortunately.
I can’t see them being reduced before Christmas anyway. For next year the MUP on that 6 pack is €11.11 so there could be some reductions down the line
Not a bargain, just a warning. Tesco now €25 for 15 Guinness 😱. Probably getting us softened up for MUP.
From the Tesco website, unsure if live now or tomorrow, good deals none the less. I will have to check the tyre pressure this evening 😁
Budweiser, Carlsberg, Heineken 24x500ml €20
Coors 24x500ml €24
I can't see Guinness mentioned, I presume there's a deal on that too.
Is this still on?
Yep. It's also listed as the "normal" price on the website. I.e. not reduced in price. So may be a long term price.
660ml bottles reduced to €2.50 till 15th Dec also.
Watch out for the 660 Staropramens though as they're brewed in the UK 🤮
LIDL vodka 37.5% €9.99... Southern comfort €20. Guinness 8 pack 12. this evening Super value have powers one liter at €25 and a bottle
Chateauneuf-du-pape at €14.99 2020 but if you are lucky as i was i found one bottle hidden on the shelf was 2016 lucky me.
Picked some up earlier today, runs until close of play Wednesday... #LastOfTheRoaring20's
Today in tesco
can beat Tesco 😏
are Guinness slabs €20 in all Tesco’s?
Should be but they tend to exclude Tesco Extra from a lot of these offers
Any Coors lads?
They seem to be doing a clearance of the leftover slabs. So when their gone............................................!
I know a 3 senior gents who make a ferry trip to France every 3 years and fill up a box trailer with (mainly red) vino between them. They know the customs rules inside out and bring back around 80 cartons from memory. The justification for the larger quantities I think was that red wine can be cellored for maturation over a number of years and therefore personal use is reasonable.
thanks - nice one.. I actually hurt my back carrying a slab of Bud out of SV a while back.. talk about Alcohol being bad for your health (in more ways than 1)
€24 in Tesco until close of play tomorrow.
€20 a slab in Dunnes until Saturday.
Great price for Coors, never seen it that cheap before.
Had a look on the Dunnes website, they also have Budweiser, Carlsberg, Heineken, Guinness**, Bulmers*, Molson for €20. A nice little price war broke out between them and Tesco, long may it continue.
** 538ml Guinness cans
*440ml fun size Bulmers cans
Great stuff. Savage. Start the stocking up today I think. You could easily get your Christmas booze for a hundred quid this year.
Tesco - 33% off wines https://www.tesco.ie/groceries/ProductBuylist/default.aspx?id=L00005997
Will we see the 2 slabs of guinness for €35 this year?
No vouchers this year either on alcohol, it made it nearly cheaper than water last year!
Sadly, multi-buy offers are not allowed under the current legislation, I think - so the answer to this is 'no'. Theoretically, they can still sell (individual) slabs for whatever price they like, though - at least until January. Wonder will any supermarket go under the 20 euro mark for a slab?!
I went into Lidl last December for a pizza and came out with 24 cans of Bud for €15 to wash it down.
Tesco have Jameson Black Barrel at €30 again.
Slabs of Guinness, heineken etc €20 in supervalu.
€25 for 1ltr Power's Gold Label in Tesco
Mine showing €28 for the 538ml ones
