My Microsoft top 10 is complete but didn’t receive the 500pts both cards are complete anyone else have this issue?

Meanwhile ... Read a bit about the Soccer game quest and glad I'm not doing it. It's in the same league as Dead By Daylight quest.
I did the soccer one myself. Knew it would be pure luck, took about 40 mins if I remember correctly before my team got a lucky one and won 1-0.
It was afterwards that I noticed the MS 500 pointer and it already had achievement ticked from something I earned playing the footy game, so I just activated it and it gave me 500 points.
Seemed a bit more worth it, for the torture 😁
I got that one on the first try myself.
Just pure luck but could imagine it being very frustrating since there's little to no control over it
Really annoyed I have been playing forza for the last 5 days or so and unlocked a fair few achievements but now none have unlocked in the gamepass app as its not officially released until 2 I think
I just tried it out on the cloud for the first time after 6pm today and the opening sequence achievement clocked in.
As per usual with microsoft rewards... try to play as little games as possible!
I knew Back for Blood was being promoted so much I tried to hold off playing it. Same with State of Decay.
I got 150 points for the 3 FH5 achievements from last weeks new bunch on Tuesday 2nd.
It appeared again today and I got 3 more achievements.
I know I got the 300 points from both, but can only see it once in the completed section.
Anyone else notice the same? 🙂
There's a punch card there for an achievement in FH5.

TL;Dr stop playing FH5 because it looks like they are going to do the dog on this game with quests.

Get 6000 points in 20 seconds.
1. Go to Xbox rewards app.
2. Activate the Battlefield 6,000 points step 1 punch in first. Click step 2 to "purchase". If free trial doesn't come up go to next step.
3. go to "my games and apps" then go down to full library and then down to EA play. You'll find the game trial there.
4. Download trial.
5. At 2% download it should register that you've "purchased" the game.
6. 6000 points added to your rewards balance.

I did the pes quest. 2nd game I won, so didn't take too long. But my god, what a mess of a game pes has become. So many menus and popups and things to click and read and accept before you get close to playing a game. And sim mode seems like a waste of time, why bother with it?
I tried it out let it download to about 10% kept checking but never popped for me

Still nothing on the top 10 award. I opened a ticket. Below is the response from a few days ago.
"We do apologize for the delayed response as we are receiving a larger volume of Service Requests than usual. From what you wrote, you still have not received the points for Microsoft Rewards top 10 towards the completion of the November monthly bonus round offer on your account. I know you have put so much effort in completing the tasks on your end and it has frustrating to see that the points is still not being added. Let me update you with this.
We would like to let you know that this is a known issue and our Product Group is working on a fix. We are humbly requesting for your patience as we endeavor finding a resolution for this matter. Rest assured that we would give you an update once it is available.

My MS case has been resolved, they have manually added the points to my account. I get the impression that it's not going to auto resolve
