I remember not too long ago when "he who shan't be named" was in charge of America and people like Gatling scoffed at the prospect of there being such a thing as alternative facts.
Yet Gatling spoke feels justified as saying Kyle Rittenhouse walked past the police as a fact, despite knowing full well that he attempted to hand himself in immediately.

So along with the media lying, the fact-checkers lying and policing social media you now also have youtube shutting down the livestreams of independent lawyers that were covering the case.
During closing statements tonight previously mentioned in this thread Rekeita Law and other streams were shut down with youtube citing 'policy violations' This is a worrying development as it just sends more eyeballs to the MSM who are acting more like Gatling than independent journalists.
I was watching Rekieta's stream when they did that. It was a weird five minutes! Everyone bailed to Odysee and Rumble. So much so that Odysee's servers struggled. I guess YouTube realised for the first time that they're no longer the only option in town and quickly reversed course to get people back. Rekieta's gang quickly got back to the ~80k audience they've had for most of the trial.

The judge in this case gives the instructions starting at 41 minutes 30 seconds to 2 hours 5 minutes. (1 h 24 minutes)
Afterwards the prosecution presents their summary (2 hours 8 minutes total) followed by the defence starts at 5 hours 18 minutes in ( 2 hours 8 minutes)
There is a recess - they resume at 7:53 - I tuned out at the point.

The prosecutors Thomas Binger and James Kraus don't come out of this trial well. Their initial case was taken apart by the facts leaving them grasping at their definition of "provocation", implying that Kyle Rittenhouse provoked the attackers and is therefore not entitled to self defence under the local state law.
It is discussed here by Robert Barnes who has been consulting with the Rittenhouse defence team in the past.
You also claimed Rosenbaum didn't threaten Rittenhouse but I pointed out how Balch testified in court that Rosenbaum threatened both himself and Rittenhouse. So that's two times you were wrong. Will I keep going?

Apparently Rittenhouse has already raised 500k+ from his fans to help his "defence". His life hasn't been "ruined" hes just found an evil more profitable method of earning than OnlyFans.
The two owners will probably have some tax and insurance issues off the back of this trial. Anyway, the building is probably the main asset they wanted to protect as some have pointed out civil unrest isn't covered in a standard insurance policy.
The defense brought two witnesses forward to say that the owners asked them there to protect their businesses and there was photo evidence of the owner(s) posing with them at the start of it.
When it's all said and done I can't see him seeing much of that money between this and the civil cases. A good legal defense costs a LOT of money over there.
They didn't ask or pay rittenhouse , apparently no tourist got paid that night , there's tons of people photographed with the wannabe navy seals including cops , remember it was a call for patriots to defend kenosha by outsiders that brought them all in ,not paid jobs as security officers

Rittenhouse won't be the last case of someone defending communities from these BLM thugs.
So I doubt he'll stay in the headlines for too long after this case.
