Sorry, they may have taken the ad down as I paid a small deposit.

If not it's a 2013 Panamera diesel.
Wow it’s gorgeous and so jealous of the UK. Price tag- they’re approaching 40k here in Ireland for a 2013-2014
best of luck with it I’d love one
They were known as a dictators car- I think Poll Pot had one as well - super cool
I've been looking out for one for a while. Unfortunately it looks like I won't be going ahead with this one. For one thing, I've found out that revenue are likely to value it around €40k which leaves me with a €17k tax bill. Don't think I can stomach that.
Secondly the dealer rang today and his mechanic says the coolant issue needs to be sorted by a Porsche specialist. His nearest specialist can't look at the car until at least the end of the month. If it were to roll on to the New Year, the VRT bill would be even higher.
The search continues.
Did you lose the deposit? Hopefully it was too much.
No, the dealer told me today that he will refund the deposit but he wants me to wait until tomorrow when he talks to the Porsche specialist and knows what is going to happen.
Ah- I'm so sorry to hear it won't work out for you. Hope you find similar soon at a price you can live with. I guess one good aspect of Porsches in the past, depreciation is somewhat forgiving- I mean you never know now how the electrics market, motor tax and fuel prices will affect second hand ICE prices of these type of cars in the future but Shirley, something like this will always be more desirable over say, a merc or audi or bmw
Thanks, it's a hell of a blow to go from test driving and planning to buy a dream car yesterday to the stark realisation today that the taxman is going to put a big spanner in the works!
I think you're right that certain ICE cars will remain desirable. I don't know if that will hold as true for the diesel, but that's a practical choice for me. I have a 140km each way commute each week.
Supposed to be a great drivers car.
not sure of their value but it’s not mad money.

Some interesting comments on that one 🙂
There is already a big discussion about that Duster in the dreamers thread. Seller seems to be a bit special.
BMW X5M Competition - YouTube
Base price of one of these is 208k. Who buys something like this?
For the most part I doubt they'd be the type that would be lounging round watching these type of videos on YouTube like us mere mortals. Somehow manages to look underwhelming and somewhat tacky at the same time in my eyes for a car commanding that sort of price tag.
like everything at moment, prices are crazy for everything . I can tell you that over a year ago you could’ve got a panamera for 35k here for a 13 plate . I think they are very similar to a7 so if you can look over the badge… u can get same car for a lot better price
re: mega bros comment on diesels … your wrong . There’s some class machines out there … I have a 3litre twin turbo sq5 … 313bhp, serious torque
I'm pretty sure he drives a diesel too and was just joking unless he changed recently.
I mean yeah I do have a diesel. I still think they're uncool. Not to sh1t on anyone's car.
As speced that one would be closer to €235k.
im still wondering each time I see a 211 or newer 30d X5 doing school runs why they didn’t go for a hybrid given they are so much cheaper, cheaper to run and better for environment assuming you can charge it up.
I'd doubt the welfare of the environment is at the forefront of anyone's thoughts if they are driving around in a large 2 ton SUV irrespective of whether it's diesel, hybrid or electric.

Number of seats and/or availability.
You can only have 5 seats in the X5 45e, so if you want an X5 and need more than 5 seats, it's the 30d at least.
There's also been 30d models available from stock for most of the year, but 45e models were anywhere between 3 - 9 month lead time. I've a couple on order since the end of August and they are due week 23 - that's w/c 6th June, so realistically it's a 222 plate.
Since launch of the 45e model in late 2019 we've supplied 25 of them (all M-Sport, not a single xLine) and only 1 30d model - because he needed 7 seats.
An automatic Punto HGT
Strangely alluring!
Lets not forget how good nissan once was
I thought the Punto Mk2 HGT were all 1.8 litre and manual? They mention HGT and Sporting but this looks like a Sporting to me even though a HGT "Abarth" badge is on the boot. I don't think there was ever Punto HGT Abarth with an auto gearbox. Still a pretty rare sight these days though and it's in great condition. Got to love the original 1990s Blaupunkt cd disc changer in the lower dashboard too.
Looks a nice car. Both powerful and rare.
Tax rate is covered. Can anyone guess why? (It's painful)
Volvo S60 3.0i V6 300Bhp 4WD Automatic Rare
It's in the highest tax bracket which is nearly a third of the asking price.
I'm guessing the tax rate is omitted from the picture of the disc because it's PSV or something and thus invalid anyway
Right you are Bazz, its not a HGT at all, just a sporting. Still interesting all the same with that box. Can't remember the last time I saw a Mk2 Punto on the road at all, let alone a tidy Sporting. Would love one
Is that a genuine N1? Those Pulsar's were never a looker imo compared to say a Civic Type R far nicer looking car and interior. I even hate the standard steering wheel in that pulsar even my old Mivec had a stock Momo steering wheel and Recaro seats.
For such a low run car it looks like all they done is fit a better engine and same everything else. I could be wrong though unless someone can pipe in and list the changes they made.
