I for one do not believe he shot them people out of self defence and never meant to kill them. I think he intended to kill them and thought he would get away with it. The Judge as well is a joke. What a very strange trial. Only in America.
No he would be trans
If my aunt had balls she’d be my uncle. Another hypothetical
So if he made a video saying he was planning to shoot multiple people when he got to Kenosha , regardless of who or what they were doing it's shouldn't be admitted and shown to the jury ,???
If something like that existed would it not show the person was planning to shoot people and going under the guise of being an EMT was cover to explain why he or she was there ???
I know it's hypothetical
There was no “active shooter”. As per the FBI, an active shooter is defined as “an individual actively engaged in killing or attempting to kill people in a populated area”.
Rittenhouse was not actively engaged in killing or attempting to kill anyone, otherwise there’d be a hell of a lot more people dead. He only opened fire in self defence.
You can waffle away about whatever you like, but you cannot alter those facts.
I am not going through 6 hours of testimony to find something that won't do a thing to change your mind.
He is lying about his experience with the weapon - he is very well coached but so much of his story makes no sense.
This 17 year old wasn't defending his community though
Arguable. Rittenhouse's father lives in Kenosha. Rittenhouse lived there with him for a while, visited regularly, and had friends in the area.
He crossed state lines armed with a gun
He did not cross state lines armed with a gun.
I agree it is utter nonsense the idea that an active shooter has the right to shoot whoever tries to disarm them once they are retreating from the people they shot.
The video of the shootings shows it is an obvious case of self defence. Some one's back story has zero relevance to their guiltiness, you might consider it sentencing but not for guilt. End of story.
Of all the nonsense ever posted on Boards…………
Goes from bad to worse to desperate from the prosecution
Its interesting that you seem to think his skill set is in someway relevant to the trial, but why don't you link to whatever quote in the trial where he claimed to have no experience with the rifle (not a gun) and what exactly you think he was lying about, because your posts are a bit incoherent.
It's either legal or not in the place it happened.
I'd argue a violent insurrection against the US government is a much great scale than the looting of a few shops.
Him being a liar does matter given he is their star witness.
The prosecution has shown plenty to suggest that it wasn't and in any normal society he'd have the book thrown at him - in the US, especially with this judge, he'll walk
So he was in a rush to get a gun (wouldn't wait for a shotgun he wanted) and then barely used it over the next 3+ month period? You're pretty naive - the kid is a clear liar.
What one considers experienced is subjective
Whether he was a lucky newbie or a trained professional soldier, doesn't matter to the case.
It was either justified or not. The prosecution has shown little to suggest it wasn't.
You're welcome. I see no one has managed to find an issue with the situation I presented.
It's almost like skill sets are transferrable across similar tools.
Mind blowing,eh?
You purposefully ignored my full sentence which contained "rioting and looting for weeks on end on the same scale as what BLM did last year."
January 6th is going to be talked about for years. All the violence in June/July/August 2020 by the BLM angels will get downplayed and rationalised and condoned to the last.
What they need are more black militias - if it could happen we'd see some serious tightening of gun controls like they did in the past.
Given the two tier legal system there is no chance of it though, in certain places you can get away with murdering a black man for wearing a hoodie or shooting a 12 year old black child with a toy gun.
This was mentioned ,
Where were the wannabe navy seals oh yeah they were the ones storming the capital
The same groups who's members are serving military or law enforcement officers and veteran military ,
It's been shown numerous times during the various blm protests the cops in tactical gear wearing the various far right groups patch's on their police issued gear .
How is the crowd supposed to know what the protester did? All they heard is that the guy dressed like lil rambo shot a protester
Yet Rittenhouse claimed under oath that he had barely any experience with the gun. He either got really lucky or is a liar.
Portland says hello and would like it's city back soon 😁
You better continue to be ignorant of MLK as you really won't like some of his opinions.
Yeah, totally won't see white Americans rioting.
January 6th anyone!?!?
It wasn't his community, he lived 45 minutes away.
And if true that is also inappropriate when a judge can impact a jury by providing credibility to a witness.
Just because others may do it it doesn't make it appropriate - that is you making an excuse
This 17 year old wasn't defending his community though, was he? He crossed state lines armed with a gun looking for trouble in someone else's community.
If you find it very sad when kids are dragged into pointless organisations like 'BLM and Antifa', I take it you find it equally as sad when kids like Kyle Rittenhouse are dragged into organisations like the Proud Boys:
In 2021 the self-proclaimed anti-racists are in fact the biggest racists around.
They think they are Martin Luther King, on the right side of history. History will view them as being the most dishonest, alarmist, anti-white bigots that ever existed.
