Amazon price glicth

Hi All

I managed to order a rollei tripod for 350.

it generally retails at 479 however the at that price I snapped at it.

Iv been talking about getting one for a while and I just happened to be browsing and boom, there she was.

I have received a message to say my card declined the purchase however this was for 3ds reasons (apparently)

I have since repurchased, verified via the app and im still waiting for the fund to come out of my account.

The price is now above €500, What do you think

have you experience with Amazon.eu delaying payment deductions.

It is being shipped via Rollei so its making me think until shipping I wont get charged.

Just want to get other peoples perspectives

That is not what a price glitch nor a bargain alert is.

I would highly recommend not titling a thread "Amazon price glitch" unless you want to give people heart attacks.

How do I change the title?

As for where I stand, based on experience do you know if Amazon may fulfil the order or will it be cancelled do you reckon?

I know they are well within their rights to do so just checking

You will get it for whatever price it was when you went through the checkout, or if it is a third party/marketplace seller on the site it could end up being cancelledif they realise it's a mistake.

It was considerably cheaper than the manufacturers website and other Amazon sites I think .Co.uk was £389, .de was €459 and the .es/Fr/it was €349.57

To purchase direct from Rollei it’s €479

After purchasing I can see the product and its now increased

The only Rollei tripods I can find in the price range you are talking about are these. And there is nothing glitchy about buying them for ~€350 considering they were priced lower than that several times a few months ago.

There is nothing glitchy about the price. It was at the price for 3 days and it was even cheaper than that in July.

The forum you're looking for is this one. This forum is instead for letting other posters know of deals so that they can also purchase then, i.e. alerting us of bargains.
