I went to Dunnes today to get a six pack of Corona for the Mexican Grand Prix.
They were priced at €10.50. I noticed a stack of 12 bottle boxes on the floor and took one instead, it checked out at €16.75.
I don't usually buy it but I think that might be a deal. Please note the BB date is 11/21
Tesco - Guinness 15x500ml €15
Just picked up Jameson black barrel in super value for €30. That's over 20 off.
Went into my local Tesco (Stillorgan) to pick up some, saw that they still had stock of the 538mm 24 slabs for €24 left. Happy days so keep an eye out!
Same in local Lidl
Tesco Merrion have

This, you might as well drink sugary corn water.
What think ye of bells whisky?
Surely can't go wrong for 15e in tesco
Bit rough around the edges... need to mix it or use it a hot whiskey... ginger mac. That kind of thing.
Guinness big can slabs still €24 in Tesco this evening.
Baileys is €12 for 70cl in Supervalu at the moment until 17/11. Powers is €25 for 1l seems decent too.
Anybody found these? Was in Wexford and they have 538ml slabs but no 15 for €15 500ml ones
It's horribly sweet I'd liken to a southern comfort than a scotch.
different ABV between the irish clear bottle and the uk green bottle
has anybody come across Canadian Club recently - im struggling to find it anywhere across the island both north and south
Has anyone seen these instore in Aldi? On sale now according to brochure
Did you try Molloys online?
I think I saw some dusty bottles in the off licence of Nolans supermarket in Clontarf over the summer.
It's 37.5% in both the UK and here. Not sure the reason for the different-coloured bottle. I notice the 1 litre bottle is currently on offer for £16 in Tesco UK as a Clubcard deal.
Jack Daniels 70cl €20
Do people think these are the exact same as the regular 500ml cans?
I've had 1 but didn't seem as good.
Not had the be myself yet but a few regular Guinness drinkers I know have had it and no complaints from them.
Yeah they’re grand. Fill the pint glass too. That was my only complaint about surging the 500ml cans
I had a few of the 538ml and didn't think they were as good either. I did a taste test against the 500ml (left over from last slab) and thought the 500ml was better tbh. Kept getting a metal taste off the 538ml cans, could be all in my head but the taste test kinda confirmed it for me
That's funny. I've had plenty of them and have been saying that they seem nicer than the 500ml. I did a taste test last weekend and preferred the 538ml. Thought it was all in my head as well!
Hold our for the tenner baileys in a few weeks 😁
