Remember this well it's finally getting a release date that hasn't been moved again January 28th 2022.
New trailer tomorrow.
That last line a fairly obvious nod towards a Spideyverse.
Yeah, he may as well have finished with a "wink wink, nudge nudge".
Quite a clumsy edit there; "Mobius is a Marvel character, who has been an important part of the ... universe". Think we all know what they cut there!
----
Have to say, really like the look of that and it has references to reach of the Spidey universes. Sony could actually do something really cool between Tom's Spidey, Venom, this and the villains like Culture and Scorpion as well as multi verse villains. They just need Vincent's Fisk and Chalie's Daredevil as well as the other Defenders to have a really cool universe going. Speaking of, does Sony have any rights to Fisk and Defenders?
Take a look here
A little nod to The Lost Boys with the music choice there.
Genuinely not as bad a trailer as I was thinking it would be, but a lot of that initial bias was against Leto who I just don't like. Jared Harris always brings a touch of class.
Decent Trailer
Think this has serious potential, the trailer looks amazing without revealing too much about matt smiths role as the villain loxias crown
Think I'll pass; don't see anything especially interesting or compelling that'd make me want to see this - and the attempts to retrofit it into the MCU feel a little desperate. Five bucks says Michael Keaton's cameo in from the last 5 minutes of the movie & about 3 lines from Keaton/
Does the job say " we haven't had anything this good since that thing in San Francisco"? I couldn't make it out.
Think that's the first time I clocked that Jared Harris was involved.
Much like the venom movies, I've a feeling this might surprise and actually be half decent.

It's definitely struggling under the PG-13 rating; all that throat-ripping violence and there's nary a spot of blood to be seen (and what there is has been graded to look black). I'm no gore-hound when it comes to film, but the bloodlessness is lame.
Pushed back again.
Which will happen first: climate collapse or the release of Morbius?
Just saw Spider-Man No Way Home started filming in September 2020 eight months after the first Morbis teaser came out on Janaury 13th 2020.
It has now also been postponed more times than The New Mutants.
It has a 1 hours and 48 minute run time.
At least Sony are staying well away from the 3 hour movies Marvel & DC are making.
April 2022 release now
Nearly there now

First response from the public is decidedly negative seemingly:
Which probably doesn't come as a surprise to most. I'm curious to see how it will connect to the various other movies but I'll probably skip the cinema.
I"ve seen a few call it the worst comic book movie ever.
Once or twice could be dismissed as hyperbole but this seems chronic.
Also it has 2 post credit scenes if anyone is going to watch in cinema (those are apparently 2 of the worst scenes soo.....yeah)
Can’t believe anyone watches this crap over 15 to be honest
Reviews are horrendous...17 percent on rotten tomatoes....
Merdius by the looks of it
