Yeah, never tried it but some people swear by it, very early in the winter for them to get it, is it weanlings?
From years of experience of dealing with bought in stock - Opticide diluted to the correct rate and sprayed on feed barriers is the best treatment.
Your Eircode?
I was told before it has to be either a male or female holly bush, but not sure now which one 🙈
Got out yesterday for a breezy seaside walk followed by a coffee and a bit of cake, watching few folk working on their surfing skills.
Was nice.
Digger in this morning to clean off and renew the road to the shed, will be great to get it tidied up and have a roof over me doing a few jobs over the Winter, might even get the quad repaired finally 😂
Male
How would a simple lad like myself know the difference in a male & female holly bush?
Is this a piseóg?
Yes, hopefully it works

See the geese have arrived
There is no berries on a male plant
Thanks, that’s the one I selected thankfully
Quad will only make you fat lol
19000 steps here so far today....
Bonus effect of killing the planet while making me fat. It's a risk I'm willing to take 😎
20856 here awful job today trying to look busy but had no bother getting the steps in at least.
Pretty standard day here is between 25 and 30k
There's definitely something to it I would be a sceptic but I have seen it to work for loads of lads that had troubles
Fastest way for me to put steps up on a phone is to leave it on the mudguard , beside the hand throttle of the fiat. Spread 15 loads of slurry one day and did 15,000 steps👍
Yesterday I saw the wild geese, today a bee hovering around, maybe it is climate change, but since COVID there’s been allot of strangeness
my GP says you need to be doing at least 5km/hr, If you look at your Kcal count it's only 1100, My walk this morning was 5kms and clocked up 1600kcals.
He tells me that dawdling around is no good
Just saying. 😉
Dawdling around is a hell of a lot better than sitting on your hole. Any exercise is better than nothing, keep active.
Who knows how many calories I burnt. That's just my phone and I usually just look at the steps. I'd be more endurance type than speed. Maybe your calorie counter is more accurate or maybe it's because of your age or size. I don't know. Not being smart but these things (calorie burning) don't bother me for a few more years anyway. I'd say if I was to calculate the amount of calories I eat every day it would be around 4000.
I saw geese flying into a local lake earlier as well as a peacock butterfly and several bumblebees. The wasps are still about and getting more dangerous as the temperature drops.
Did your GP mention anything about your conversion ratio 😁
Never counted steps, but I used to use the Google app for tracking mileage for work. Monthly report showed me doing a lot of cycling about the place, every time I got into the tractor it recorded as a cycle.
Neighbour lost a suckled cow with tetany this morning. He had given them a bale of hay yesterday
He said it was good .....too good
Sort your weight before fifty... it's a fucker to do it after.
Another doctor I go to, when he'd see my steps he'd say was that proper walking or prigging around the yard
