Looks lovely to me.
Bigger than most 3 bed houses, with a lot less maintenance.
Some holiday house(s)!
Owned by (and possibly built by, it's hard to tell) Bill Cullen and Jackie Lavin.
Another demonstration of how money can't buy you taste - beautiful from the outside, but I've a headache from just flicking through the pics. And the glaring white PVC steam/sauna boxes - who thought that was a good idea??? 🙄
Didn't he go bankrupt like 10 years ago? Wonder why its only coming up for sale now. Looks like it hasn't been touched in a good few years anyway.
WOW, just throw a bit of plastic over the leaking thatch there, be graaannnd. That is in a sad state!
Very sad photos, but the outside ones would scare me off more than the outside.
It would be a constant battle trying to hold off nature in that location
Sure you'd know by the state of the pair of them that they had no class.
this explains why it is only being sold now. Bill was still fighting legal actions over it 10 months ago.
I think it looks good but as said it wasn't lived in, in many years and nature is taking over the grounds. Pond needs to be cleaned out too.
Needs a lot of money spent on it to actually live in it.
Bill Cullen and Jackie Lavin furious as bank sells home against their will (msn.com)
Article says it was only built in 1995. Looks a lot older.
One of the houses nearby up for sale. Pics 11, 12 & 13. Yes or NO! 🧐

They have a shed in the kitchen which houses a bathroom😂😂
That house costing nearly 600K makes me cry......
It's a nice house, apart from the bath in the dining room/kitchen. And not a bad price considering what you pay for a pre renovated house in Marino and the cost of building these days.
That ad is an absolute masterclass in Estate Agent Bullsh1t Bingo
We'll be talking in a few years about how it was not sustainable and we all partied
And the bath taps are at the far end so you have to climb in, turn the hot tap on and get back out the way you come from quick smart before you burn your tootsies!
Lol
Kerching!
Figured it out. Clue is in pic 22. Very, very clever design. 😋
Go on….?
I tried to read it, but my brain died. It's a very well kept house. I was mesmerised by the bath tub, it would be an interesting challenge running the bath, and getting in and out of it. That's if I am looking at the picture, properly!
Looks like they put a confessional in the gym.
The dogs are trained to do it???
I think they're talking about the glass house access maybe?
The bath is to wash the dogs when they come back from their walks covered in sh1te. Perfect place for it. 😋
"From the moment one turns the corner into Croydon Green and sees the striking Tanners Brown Farrow & Ball exterior colour, you know something special awaits."
"The entrance stairs have been painted in Bancha Green by Farrow & Ball and makes for a talking point as soon as one enters the home."
😐️
I looked and looked at that house and could not make brown of the exterior, looks grey to me.
I saw Bill a few years ago at ploughing when he was flogging those Ssanyong's. Not being mean he looked like a dodgy fella selling gates to farmers.
Not sure if this was posted before, but stands out to me for it’s unusual design.

That is a mad design both inside and outside but looks well.
It's a tad damp!
Holy crap. €350k for that? Am I missing something that makes it worth that much, is the area an affluent area or something? On a lot of land? Decent sized garden, I am guessing it would be floored and built upon.
You would nearly need to knock that and rebuild.
