And the bath taps are at the far end so you have to climb in, turn the hot tap on and get back out the way you come from quick smart before you burn your tootsies!
Lol
We'll be talking in a few years about how it was not sustainable and we all partied
That ad is an absolute masterclass in Estate Agent Bullsh1t Bingo
It's a nice house, apart from the bath in the dining room/kitchen. And not a bad price considering what you pay for a pre renovated house in Marino and the cost of building these days.
They have a shed in the kitchen which houses a bathroom😂😂
That house costing nearly 600K makes me cry......
One of the houses nearby up for sale. Pics 11, 12 & 13. Yes or NO! 🧐

Bill Cullen and Jackie Lavin furious as bank sells home against their will (msn.com)
Article says it was only built in 1995. Looks a lot older.
I think it looks good but as said it wasn't lived in, in many years and nature is taking over the grounds. Pond needs to be cleaned out too.
Needs a lot of money spent on it to actually live in it.
this explains why it is only being sold now. Bill was still fighting legal actions over it 10 months ago.
Sure you'd know by the state of the pair of them that they had no class.
Very sad photos, but the outside ones would scare me off more than the outside.
It would be a constant battle trying to hold off nature in that location
WOW, just throw a bit of plastic over the leaking thatch there, be graaannnd. That is in a sad state!
Didn't he go bankrupt like 10 years ago? Wonder why its only coming up for sale now. Looks like it hasn't been touched in a good few years anyway.
Some holiday house(s)!
Owned by (and possibly built by, it's hard to tell) Bill Cullen and Jackie Lavin.
Another demonstration of how money can't buy you taste - beautiful from the outside, but I've a headache from just flicking through the pics. And the glaring white PVC steam/sauna boxes - who thought that was a good idea??? 🙄
Looks lovely to me.
Bigger than most 3 bed houses, with a lot less maintenance.
You'd want to be demented to pay 400k for that kip.
All windows flung open.....I can smell the musty dampness already.
its a cheep or maybe you could call it a sha- ... maybe stick to cheep.
Is the pic on the bottom right the sheep, the cat or some sort of hybrid?
And talking from experience here they never stay inflated till the morning. 🤣
And judging by the way the quilt lies on the mattress, it could easily be an air mattress.
Why yes, the mattress is sitting on painted pallets.
I find it really weird, and off putting. Not that I plan to buy the property 😁 but it really does a disservice to it, imo.
WA took a selfie in pic 9
It really is very stupid, and I imagine will go out of favour (use of wa lens) soon enough. It makes the rooms look weird - and especially in that example the rooms were decent enough sizes to start with. Then if you do go and view, if you were taken in by the apparent space you will get a complete land when you see the reality, more so than if you just go in with an idea of what its like.
https://www.daft.ie/for-sale/apartment-apartment-17-chamberlain-court-11-13-richmond-avenue-dublin-3/3531926 - I think this has to be the most blatant use of a wide angle lens I've seen yet.
They're all 3-storey houses, and one a very old one - they're not comparable to a huge one-floor apartment with three balconies in a managed building.
If you've 1.3 million to spend, another 100 grand or so would make a fabulous job of that apartment.
That's been sale for years, hasn't it?
I've definitely seen it before a good while ago, and any new buyer would surely have changed the decor!
The last one is vile also the cock and balls in picture 3
Looks like the theme for the decor is del boys flat, but slightly updated.
