i only found this place now if it happens to be on the home page at time of opening up boards, use to get updates if someone made a new comment, find it difficult to follow or unfollow now.
If on a mobile click the star on the top right of the page beside the thread name. Any thread you want to follow will be a click away at the top right star - if on a mobile
Thanks for the Corolla link. They are some sh!te pics though. One of my pet hates. A few good pics can sell a car.
T.
You liked that. I remember having to unfollow and then refollow all threads and click do not get notified about a new post. That was after a site change a fair few years ago. There was no other way to do it. It was a bit annoying having to do that but it was a lot better than getting stupid notifications about new posts. I preferred opening up boards and seeing the number of new posts and then clicking the thread and reading new posts similar to now.
Looks genuine, age might be an issue for insurance.
Those 1.6 Honda civic were a great car. Brother had a high mileage one back 06-09. Fast yoke if I recall. Immensely practical. But hard on insurance and petrol.
They're not fast....
That generation of Civic was nicknamed the bread van.
Honda Civic & Suzuki SX-4 available in Kerry. Both €1,300. SX-4 looks clean
Maybe not now, but coming from a corolla 1.3 xli at the time, twas a rocket! Can see why it was nicknamed the bread van!
These are popular in this thread.
Seems good spec as well.
(Tax unknown)
Not crazy mileage for this type of car.
Reliable, cheap tax and doesn't look half bad with the alloys
suspiciously cheap lol
Did you notice his other car for sale? Wtf happened to that Audi.
Is that a MK1, 2010?
Yep, Octavia tour, one of the very very very last of them, Skoda certainly got their monies worth out of that model ☺️☺️
Don't see many of these around.
Heavy on tax rate and light on tax left.
Very light on details also.... I've mixed up tax date with nct date but I'm putting it in this ghost-town thread anyway for its rarity
That Saab in his other ad looks much better.
You're right.
Was looking at picking up a 1.9 TDI Octavia.
Saw this and thought why is it so cheap
Older shape perhaps, NCT is shortish.. Just over 3 months.. That's my guess..
Looks like it was a misprice.
Price gone up €1,000 today
No doubt he got a load of calls and realised it was under priced. Still a nice car tbh
I’d leave it where it is.. I’d just try to stretch the budget to a newer shape..
My head hurts looking at the "10" on the number plate on the Octavia.
Strange isn't it? I kept thinking it was 01..
I can't click the link on mobile because it's not hotlinked in a quote. Thanks boards.ie
Accidently clicked on a link to a post further up the tread and my screen just went white for a minute. Thanks boards.ie
Fūcking thread is a waste land these days.
Nice A3, NCT for another few months
Probably get that price down to the 1000 mark with a little haggling
1.6 FSi Passat, long NCT til the end of next year
1500 euro
I like those last two ^
So hard to get even get a quote on a 15+ year old car for insurance though I've found (hasn't been as bad when I've owned them prior to turn 15 years).
I think once I get rid of my second car I'll try to switch to a low mileage bangernomic, maybe like this:
Sounds pretty well looked after. I'd be tempted
