Just on your first point though, whilst restricting the population moving between countries might be the sign of something untoward happening in an individual country. When it is the whole planet doing so it makes no sense for your socialist plot.
Where are people being prevented from escaping to? Everywhere else is in the same situation and has also had restrictions on movement.
I don't know I'd agree there's no boogeyman. We still have restrictions in place. And although some have been lifted it just takes the Governments to throw out a new Greek letter and people will be hiding under their beds again.
We do live in connected times, but communication is less free than it was two years ago, there's far more censorship in my opinion. People are afraid to speak about a whole range of topics now for fear of being cancelled.
This is also one thing that always bugs me about these giant global conspiracies.
In this latest example, we have all governments, all businesses all scientists and medical organisations are all working together, possibly under the command of the WEF.
The level of control is so complete that there is no dissent from the plan and people are willing to lie and kill for it.
At this point, doesn't it mean that they already control everything? Doesn't it mean they've already won and have what they want?
It begs the question of why they need the pretext of fake pandemics/school shootings/terrorist attacks or whatever.

Which quickly brings us to the next major flaw in all the items in your list. When you pull out one outlier country to attempt to prove your point the next obvious question is why were they not included in the global plan to implement socialism, and why are they not saying anything about this plan?
Then for the each point in you list there would be a different outlier country that would be mentioned in the attempt to prove the point, but still nobody other than some people on obscure conspiracy theory websites have managed to uncover the plot.
The obvious question would be to ask who is involved in the conspiracy? Which countries and organisations and to what level?
But we won't get an answer partly because conspiracy theorists don't know, as the theory has no depth and is essentially makey uppey.
And because partly the smarter conspiracy grifters like to keep things vague so they can shift the goal posts and adapt their claims as much as possible. Conspiracy theorists here are just parroting the vagueries.

you could potentially have an additional 48 to 66 beds freed up
Then you have the clusterfuck of normal beds, and having to impose isolation on patients with COVID, this takes extra staff, space and time.... again with the majority of hospital admissions being unvaccinated.

Yes of course it's real, and is quantifiable. But as with all things Covid, a hysteria is easily generated around it. I think the delta variant is more contagious, but less deadly, but if you listen to hysteria round it you'd think Delta variant was much more dangerous.

Thats the only option as it's just not possible for someone with no medical training or qualifications or any knowledge of medicine or virology can be wrong.
There are absolutely conspiracies which have happened through the pandemic. Such as government ministers awarding multi million pound contracts to friends and family. But those conspiracies are seemingly not extreme enough in their plots for people to get excited about, and they would be significantly easier to cover up with just a little bit more competency from those involved. They also have much easier to understand reason for occurring, to make money.
Yet its the massive global conspiracies which people in here latch onto here which have no reason for happening and no way they could be carried out without people leaking details. If awarding contracts to your mates company is discovered then these global plots should be exposed far easier as there would be so many people involved.
The thing about real conspiracy theories, by definition, is that all the facts are not out in the open, if they were it wouldn't be a theory right?
Then there's "conspiracy theories", where it's just a label, like Fauci and NIH funded GOF research at the Wuhan lab, The democrats funded Russian interference in to the 2016 election, Hunter Biden's laptop, things like that, even when the facts are out it still gets called a conspiracy theory, in those cases its just a label meaning things people don't want to hear/believe.
Only the latter type of "conspiracy theory" can be proven, but usually the people you try to prove it to, have already ignored the facts and don't want to know and will still call it a conspiracy theory after being shown proof.
So when you come on a conspiracy theory forum, and you don't believe either type of conspiracy theory, what is your goal, you either want proof of things which by definition can't be proven with the information currently available, or you want to ignore things you already don't want to believe, in which case it's easier to just ignore them completely and and not go on the forums? The only productive reason to go on forums like this is to counter other peoples theories with arguments of your own, but constantly asking for proof or details and thinking you're winning because people can't prove the currently unproveable seems like a huge waste of time.
I can't prove either suggestion I have put forward this morning, and my suggestions actually run counter to each other, so they're clearly just theories which I'm obviously not convinced about myself, which is why it's in a conspiracy THEORY forum. I don't KNOW if anything I'm saying is true, because it's a THEORY. So if you want me to break down a theory and tell you which countries and organizations might be involved, I can happily tell you which ones I THEORIZE might be involved, but no doubt rather than explain why you think I'm wrong, you'll ask me to prove I'm right, which I can't.

Those actual things that we know about where people have conspired to do something have never been revealed by people posting theories online. It's either through journalists investigation or government leaks or admissions.
Also I'm not sure that any of the ones you mentioned are actually conspiracies. Funding from the US to international research labs for example is not a conspiracy, it's just what they do, isn't unexpected and isn't going to stop because some people that don't understand why it happens have just learnt about it. That is just how research is funded.
You could answer the question “why would governments want to replace capitalism with socialism?”. That’s not asking for evidence, just asking to explain your conspiracy theory a little more.

The difference with the Delta variant is that it's more transmissible, the difference in deaths is down to vaccines (also observed prior to the delta variant). I like the idea that as it evolves it becomes less deadly but that isn't the case with delta and the death rates among unvaccinated are pretty much as they were (adjusting for age and underlying conditions). SARS-COV2 is insidious as it's just deadly enough to overwhelm hospitals and kill a lot of vulnerable people but not deadly enough that everyone is running for the hills (hence idiots not getting vaccinated because chances are good they won't die).

Its no secret there is push toward socialism, especially amongst younger people in the US, but here too. And its also no secret that the WEF have been discussing the Great Reset long before Covid ever came. It may not even be that all the governments are aware they are being manipulated, they're relying on data from all over the world to make the decisions, how much can that dat be trusted?
Consider this as a possibility. We know doctors have been influenced by drug companies before, a recent example is the Oxycontin problem in the US, doctors pushed a drug for their own benefit, which was harmful and addictive and got kick backs for doing it. So now we have doctors making all the economic decisions, who could potentially be influenced by pharma companies, who are making billions from the fear of Covid. Have you noticed that there's a lot more reports of children getting sick recently? Strange that last of the unvaccinated are suddenly getting more impacted by the virus that harmed almost nobody in that age bracket before.
