Only 640k..
Not quiet true about Diesels, when your in, a 640d grand coupe, they even sound rorty like a good auld petrol straight six , have 313 bhp ,over 600 Nm of torque, combined with excellent mpg and low tax, ……super cool in today’s Ireland.
Diesel's not cool, and never will be.
There are 250 to 272bhp versions of that engine too depending on the year. Then you have the bi-turbo 320bhp version.
Later models only bumped it up to 218bhp, not sure what's going on there, and it's pushing the four wheels too
Let's be honest diesel horsepower doesn't really count as proper horsepower
Seems low alright for a 3 litre. What would the reason be tuned for economy rather than power?
Jaysus just over 200bhp from a 3 litre.
Yikes.
Thoughts on this one?
Miles aside
Looks nice, good spec.
Could be your last ICE might as well go out with 2 litre petrol 🙂

Thoughts?
With all your cons I think you just want to be talked out of it!
I like it. Understated. Few more pictures would do no harm. Really though... V8 noises are a win
One picture and the colour who orders a mustang and picks silver. You want a two tone. Blue and black and such.
First time I managed to remember my password since old boards! Very quiet here.. anyway.
I think if I was going for expensive to run petrols I'd be looking at something like this.

A lot of people like those TSW stealths and would classify that as a plus on that car.
An absolutely lovely colour and definitely the nicest of the model GT turbos but 18k is mad money I think. Awful wheels, awful front lip and front lights look like they aren't lined up properly
What a beast of a motor.
Look at that annual tax, couple it with the fuel "economy" and that's one financial anchor around your neck.
Are these good cars https://www.donedeal.ie/cars-for-sale/seat-mii-sport/29374666 I am not sure of the automated manual transmission as i heard they're slow in upshift as well as downshift.
Wife's looking for an automatic small car in around 4 - 4.5k and saw above which looks good in yellow. Not sure about pricing considering it has 5/6 owners. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Stumbled across this today.
Pros:
- Low mileage
- Low ownership
- Dealer service history
- Perhaps colour combination
-De-badged
- Easy maintenance
- can be mapped to 260bhp
Cons:
- non sport version
- no iDrive
- not auto, no paddles
- no sports wheels
- high tax for the year/age
Is it worth it for the price?

Were you born in 1926? Got you!
Lol, I wish I was connected to them but I'm not.
bazz 26............. pictures of Beshoff's cars🙄. The owner of the garage has a father named Bazz.
up until this year I would have agreed with you.
The MB G Wagen is a classic that has evolved.
In every iteration since it's inception it has exuded class.
There is no way that anyone will mistake one for a London Taxi or a Nissan Cube.
Yeah but it's the same overall shape for decades.
not that model of G-Wagen. Only released this year.
