Congrats on your posting; I know it might not be your first choice but at least it is the end of a very long road.
May I ask did the clearance stage take long? I submitted my references and forms 2 weeks ago.
The lady who is taking care of my application advised today that none of my references have responded yet. However my current manager replied straight away last week and my previous manager advised me that they haven’t received anything to date; any ideas?
Thanks in advance
Most probably a Deciding officer dealing with asseasing claims, means etc. Will probably be supervising COs too. Staff are nice though but work can be challenging.
Do you happen to know whether there is still a remote working arrangement or is everyone back in the offices again?
It took about 6 weeks in total for me. I didn't the particular issues you mention but I did have a bit of a delay with one element. I would probably just tell the lady you are dealing with exactly what you posted here and she if she can sort it out.
Sorry I can't be more helpful!
It depends on the section your In at this stage
Thank you; I think I will.
The very best of luck to you and congratulations again!
Im doing hybrid. Three days at home, two in the office. Some are at home all week. A lot of DSP work is digital in nature, so it allows felxibility. However, less flexibility if your based on the public counter. Thankfully, im in the back office. And DSP phone service is currently being outsourced.
In batch 3.1 for Dublin, Currently waiting to be contacted re: clearance stage,
can anyone explain how this process works and an approximate timeline between clearance and taking up a post? for example: do you get assigned a department/offered a place and then provide references, proof of qualifications etc?
thanks!
I was the interdepartmental stream can't see there being more than 10 people between us. I thought it would be next year but clearly not. Best of luck hopefully you get an email soon!
Results of Etray exam from August are out
i just got results from my second county, I thought it may have been a message about interview. I done June ETray.
Got my e tray and 15 OOM for Wexford. What are the chances of being called for interview and when would this be?
Got my results. They were as I expected. Now the wait to see if they reach my OOM for interview.
Does anyone know what OOM the Dublin interdepartmental batch 3 is on for the etray results?
Best of luck to all!
Top 10 in in open and interdepartmental
Does anyone know how many people there are in each batch?
Top 10 for interdepartmental in Sligo. And now I suppose we play the waiting game for interviews....
Anyone have the PAS contact email for checking what Oom they have reached for interviews?
Largevolumerecruitment5@publicjobs.ie
Thats the one I used last week. No reply though
That's unusual, they are usually very quick to reply. Did you check your spam?
I’m in park- general admin work.
CO, EO and HEO use flexi clock. Never an option for us to do 4 on 4 off, think that’s more stations.
Asked already insure but any idea how many in a batch ?
Different counties, different batch numbers tbh. in Dublin it cou23ld be in the 100's whereas down the country it could be in the 10's...
Congratulations.. yes on the carlow panel.. only at e- tray stage awaiting results
Just got my results from the e-tray at the end of August for Laois and Kildare. Just an FYI to anyone waiting. OOM 8 is the best I got for Kildare. Does anyone know the turnaround time for interviews? And if you get a job once you pass the interview, or are you grouped into further OOMs and Batches?
i hope you do well! It must mean they have plenty of carlow jobs upcoming soon hopefully !
Got my results for the Etray OOM 23 for Tipperary. I have been looking at the requirements and I'm not sure what qualifications would be considered the same level or what standard would be considered the same or higher than this? I have a Fetac Level 5 in Business. Wud this be accepted? Is it worth emailing them to ask.
What batch does it say ? I am batch 2 for Wexford and just waiting for an interview. 3 now ahead of me. I did the etray in June.
It says batch 3 whatever that means.
