Many do. There's been attempts to change the charter to turn it into an echo chamber already. I reckon some posters will try to ignore anyone who asks them questions and only respond to other conspiracy theorists who validate them in order to bypass normal discussion - calling it now.

Bloke with more money than he can spend sets up a foundation, foundation helps with funding various things that otherwise wouldn't get money. Why is that scary to you? How is Bill Gates benefiting in some underhand way through his funding of such things?

The most disturbing element to this is Bill Gates' co-involvement in Event 201 that @[Deleted User] mentioned earlier. If you are not familiar, this was a "pandemic table top exercise" carried out in October 2019 before any cases were detected that gathered key names across different sectors to gauge the impact of a "hypothetical" coronavirus outbreak.
You have presented a tweet which explains why these two people are meeting. However you are trying to suggest there is something suspicious about it, but get highly combative and aggressive with anyone asking as to why you think it's suspicious or what the basis is. You'll get the same response on any forum here.
You're trying to claim that conspiracy theorists are discussing their theories amongst themselves and trying to figure out what is going on really, whilst skeptics keep butting in and disrupting things.
This is not the case in the slightest. Various conspiracy theorists come in and post something vague, nobody (either theorists or skeptic believes them), and no detail on what the theory actually is is ever presented. If you were actually discussing anything and people came along and derailed things with questions about something unrelated then your sealion meme might make sense.
All you are ever being asked questions about is to define your theories. Nothing more than that, but no theorists are ever able to explain themselves.

Why do I have to present my case to you? It’s there in black & white in the tweet from Ursula’s own account. It clearly states he was there to discuss ‘health checks’.
I asked the question as to why this is, what is Gate’s involvement with EU ‘health checks’ and why? And to what end? You are not engaging with the discussion & are just an echo chamber of the other posters asking me for more information. No it isn't. It's a disingenuous piece that very selectively and dishonestly cherry-picks info and snippets in order to fit a pre-set agenda. Nothing is 100% safe, anti-vaxxers know this, so they focus in on any deaths/injuries from millions of vaccines given in order to scaremonger about them, or they disingenuously quote people, or point to the fact that Covid is still around to claim that the "vaccines don't work". It's stupid low-brow stuff that most people can spot, but others, especially those who have pre-existing paranoia of doctors, the government, science, etc will fall for it easily.
