I think the DCC hasn't covered itself in glory but I support attempting to block build to rents and some unsuitable builds such as SF, SD, PBP and Lab have done.

For the almost 5 year period SF had more seats than FF or FG, (but less than FF/FG who were in defacto government and FG were housing/LA minister) you claim SF created the housing crisis in Dublin. Can you prove this or are you pulling from an episode of Fantasy Island?

Just to be clear - Sinn Fein led a coalition to control Dublin City Council from 2014 - 2019 comprised of 16 SF, 8 Labour and 3 Greens, this also had the support of 11 Independents. You need 32 seats for a majority.

Well they led the council for the five years it got progressively worse.
They didn't exactly put into place plans to try and build loads of houses from their position of relative power.

SF took over DCC in 2014 with less than 2000 people homeless. They said they would build house. They didn't and we ended up in 2019 when they got kicked out with over double the amount homeless and the arrears over 33m. A shambles of a party
