Does anyone know what the prep courses have predicted for property? I failed it last time and really dont want to fail it again!
Am in the same boat unfortunately
Thanks a million for this!
Any ideas what I could leave out for criminal 😢
Don't suppose anybody has a sample answer for a TIC/JT essay question they could share?
This is the Company paper
I am trying to decide that myself. There is so much to learn for Constitutional I don't know what to cut. Are you cutting out anything?
does anyone have a contract law script they would be willing to share? Can swap for criminal, property or eu !
Eck I answered the realisation of assets on s608,s602 for a) and s604 for b). Don’t know anything about s610.
I didn’t answer it so don’t worry… couldn’t remember the actual question when I was posting. S610 is fraudulent/reckless trading, don’t think it was involved. I always mix up them sections of unfair preference and improper transfer of assets! You answered it correctly now that i can see it again!
TG haha! I left out so much relevant stuff for s158 that I completely forgot, so thought I was dead and buried if that was also wrong lol.
I have never held up the legislation to the camera in either of the last two sittings and have never been flagged about it.
If there's any concern they will be able to see what you're typing when you're looking down. It's fairly obvious if what you're typing isn't legislation. So I wouldn't worry about it at all
Poss Oireachtas... but definitely Preamble, Emergency and War, Nation/State/People/Sov, Abortion, Inviolability of Dwelling, and Art 45. The rest I'm "prepared" for, more or less. Wbu?
Has anyone in any of the sittings ever screenshot their answers before submitting? Do they flag or something?? Was one of the ones that had company answers unsaved by BetterExaminsation in Nov 2020 sitting and I'm not about to go through that with the LS again.
Anyone have an up to date Equity grid? Mine only goes up to 2020
https://www.irishlegal.com/articles/supreme-court-man-awarded-eur5000-after-state-breached-his-constitutional-right-to-an-expeditious-trial a recent case for a trail in due course for people doing constitutional
Good to know, thanks! I really think trial in due course will come up over the decision in hannaway recently!
So is everyone doing finding, family property, easements, succession, adverse possession and co ownership?
Constitution
Hey, just after sitting Tort and Company and facing into constitutional and wondering what people are covering? The President
Is this enough, or any suggestions of other topics I should cover?
All the above… few more topic specific things! Throwing in judgement mortgages and alienation (landlord and tenant). Definitely should have 5 questions with what you said but not taking the chance myself after March sitting!
Hi
Does anyone please have the Property March 2021 paper.
thanks in advance
Gus Hayes
Think someone posted what questions came up a few pages back I’d that’s any help! I firmly remember there was no finding, easements or adverse possession though!
Just PM’d you with pictures of the paper :)
I was going to add Privacy and Family to the above as well just as they are topical
I have privacy under personal rights, just 2/3 cases.. and yeah I just don't think I can fit family in now and because its not too common, I think I will take my chances and hope I don't live to regret it.. 🤣
Thanks so much, I’m finding it so hard to study for property again it’s just not going in
Found this paper by Eoin from 2020. Only on page 6, so not sure yet if its worthwhile.. good bedtime reading material though #yawn
As did I focused mainly on 602 and 604 then briefly 608 for part B...eek
For criminal defences, are there particular ones people recommend focusing on? Don't think I'll get through them all
