RTE's new 8 episode gangland drama with an all star cast.
AMC start date is September 9th I can't see a start date for RTE just a coming soon.
😆 Take a knee off
We're not in America lad...chill the beans!
Fudge was probably the best cast in the series so far and he's dead.
Yea, they need to catch up with the latest terminology. It is of course "person of colour", at least until that one itself becomes an offensive term in a few more years.
Most people I hear using that term are of a certain generation where that was the accepted term and they are generally trying to be polite when using it. No need at all to insult someone for it, especially when it is completely irrelevant to the thread.
Separately, whoever said she was wretched and out of shape, what planet are you on? She is stunning.
Wow!
Yasmin Seky looks fairly stunning in her snaps that show in google search. Her character in this show seems more slutty and probably doesn’t portray what a babe she is in real life.
Real Spoilers J.P
Are they real spoilers, or are you just guessing?
Jaysus you must have been a real stud with the women back in the day if you don't rate her as good looking.
It's head scratching stuff if you think that body is out of shape.
Wait until they see episode 8... They'll go mad altogether then 😂
The family gathers for Jamie's memorial service.
Hang on.....this is homegrown?
I thought this was created by AMC?
I was enjoying it, now you've ruined it for me, RTE!! ..RTE....its crap, its no good and its just bad......its soooooo bad if Michael Jackson was still alive he'd re-release "Bad"....
'Coloured'. Suffering Jesus! What colour is that then? Wake up will you? Drag those knuckles off the floor.
😂😂 Brilliant. Fully agree. They're becoming the main factor of entertainment on this thread. Maybe we should start a Boardsie Bingo for them. Several points every time we hear 'slow', 'lazy', 'cliched', 'bad script', 'can't stand Gillen', 'Fair City', etc, etc. Fire away lads.
There's a lot of them on here, locked in rooms with the telly on, and no remote control. Week after week. They hate it, it's "utter shite" - and still they keep watching 🤷♂️
I get people not liking it, we all like different stuff - that's fair enough. But some posters feel like they have a real axe to grind.
I gotta ask why you're still watching after four episodes. It's not like there isn't a whole world of available content out there.
Kin will surely go down as the Irish crime series with the most online detractors yet the highest viewing figures on 2021, including all the aforementioned grumps who can't let go. Hey lads, see you all here having a good whinge after episode eight.
The family sent them away presumably.
In fairness to the like of Hinds, a fantastic actor, he can only work with the material he is given
Don't you just hate it when you get buyer's regret, delete your post, only to find that someone has quoted it in the next post (-:
You probably do not need to apologize, I'd say you are most likely not the only one who is guilty of the oul 'ah here, how could you not have known that' thing.
So Mikey has a police presence outside his house so he doesn't get shot, in retaliation for the Moore murder yet he's allowed swan around to Jimmy's where the whole gang is organising a heist and some are wearing bullet proof vests and loading jerry cans into the boot?
Where are the cops supposed to be?
One of the problems with this show is that there isn't a skanky character between the whole lot of them. They seem to think that giving a character a strong dublin accent and throwing in a fewf***s is enough. I know some of those that live that life ,some are out and out skank, some really scary, and others are pathetic and to be pitied. Nobody in this show fits the bill.
Here we go, Mister "I'm out after twenty minutes" 😂😂😂
When exactly did they sack you from RTE? Must have cut deep buddy - but let it go, you're only winding yourself up with this obsession.
good Jasus goin by the IMDb reviews you’d hope gillen and co aren’t overly sensitive
and that’s before we talk about the director and scriptwriter
Durt burd is the dublinese expression
This kin show is worse than fair City!
Doesn't detract from her in the slightest and I wasn't commenting on her appearance, I thought I had missed something at the start of the show where someone hit her or I thought that the car accident might have left a black eye but I thought it was there at the start of the series (which it wasn't), I was confused and you wonderful people cleared it up even if I do feel like a dick for bringing it up.
Have to agree with you. Very good looking.
She is a beautiful lady. This slight physical imperfection does not detract from that a great deal.
The makers of The Wire and Game of Thrones and Love/Hate all seem to think he's up to the job - but I guess you know better.
Sorry, I didn't realise it was a birthmark, I thought it was a blackeye from the car crash, my bad 😫
