Does anyone have examiners report for Company exam in March 2021?
I could be wrong but I don’t think the March 2021 examiners reports have been released yet!
I’m covering the following for property,
Succesion, findings, Co-Ownership, Adverse Possesion, Easements and might add Family protection? Am I cutting out too much or will this be enough?
I am doing the same as you, minus the family property- debating whether to add that or mortgages
I would do mortgages and land Reg essay ... after the last paper, it is not as predictable.
Random question but how important is it to talk about punishment in criminal law? eg fines and sentencing length. I dont remember doing it in college but my book goes into some detail on it. Still pretty new to fe1s.
I had these exact topics (i covered Family too) and didn't have enough for a fifth question in March.
I have added in Mortgages and estoppel too in the hope I am covered this time.
As above - I would add in Family.
I don't remember it off the top of my head - was this one with a Successive Squatter issue thrown in at the end? I try to cover all the points and never reach a point blank conclusion - always a point/and case law for and against everything I state,
CONSTITUTION:
Any tips from those who passed in recent sittings?
Priority: Con interp, Sep of powers, Personal rights, Equality, Property rights, FOE, Religion.
Second Priority: Amending the con, Pres & AG, Courts (PUB), Locus Standi, Findings of uncon, International law (ECHR), Due course of law, Jury trial, Silence, Limiting and Balancing Rights (Prop), Personal liberty, FO Assem & Assoc, Family & education.
Leaving out: preamble, Nation people state, emergency & war, right to life of unborn, inviolability of the dwelling and art 45.
For state aid in EU - is it just 106 and 107 we should be familiar with? massive chapter for something that barely comes up

I passed it first time in the last sitting with similar approach to your outline here. Just make sure you've thrown an eye over the big cases at the SC in the past few years as the examiner often uses recent cases as the basis for exam questions.
I tried to put the fines / sentencing for each offence in all of my answers! Definitely forgot a few haha but where I remembered I put them in

I learned them off when I did Criminal Law but can't remember if I actually used any of them in the exam. They wouldn't exactly be fundamental but would be a nice way of polishing off an answer, such as "If they are found guilty they will face X years in prison or X in fines". Might get you an extra mark or two at the end of a question.

Going on last nights Company law lecture, he tipped receivership again and liquidation, opposed to examinership which is what I would have thought was due a run!
Occupiers Liability or Employers liability for tort?

What are people covering for EU? I'm trying to cover general principles, DE, JR, free movements of good, free movement of person and EU institutions.
