GNIB card not returned by NDLS

I send my GNIB to NDLS cork with my Lerner's license and it's been more than an month and i never got my GNIB back. I received the Lerner's license after 1 week.

I tried to send emails and no replies. I called them twice, they say i will receive it in 5 days. But i haven't got it even after 7 days. What should I do ? Do i need to wait or report it to grada to apply for a new GNIB card?
