What topics are people covering for this exam?
Hey does anyone have sample answers for equity pls? :)
What are affirmative duties? Don't recall doing these with City Colleges
Affirmative duties which falls within public authorities under negligence and problem areas.
It includes the “do no harm” principle – as a matter of law persons don't owe duty of care to confer a benefit on others – they must only avoid doing harm. Similarly, normally persons do not owe a duty of care to protect others from acts of third parties. However, a duty might arise in special cases where the necessary proximity of relationship exists, it might be due a run because ESB v UCC gave a detailed description of when such relationships arise.
If you have not any notes or need extra help just give me a PM! :)
Looking to source an eu lawschool guide if anyone has one have stuff in return :)
I'm doing institutions, general principles, direct effect, msl, judicial review, fmog, fmow and citizenship, but I don't know if that will be enough.

Can anyone tell me where to pick up a allowable constitution for the exam? Was going to ring the OPW but they’re all over the place with COVID!
I just ordered mine off Easons online
Is Tracing a must for Equity? Judging by my grid, satisfaction seems to come up more and is a lot easier. Plus, if tracing comes up, it seems to come up as it's own question and can be left out?
Just looking for opinions!
Is it a small blue book?
The lecturer doesn't seem to have put up predictions on the moodle and also isnt replying to emails
Not fe1 related, but does anyone have any good sample cover letter templates for traineeship applications?
PM me for the slides for the last seminar/conference.
Yes, the constitution
convenient..
thanks for the reply :)
do you mind me asking what topics you're covering?
i covered it a few weeks before the exam and found it handier and easier than satisfaction.. i know its of more popularity in recent years on the paper.
open to other opinions as I am repeating however with that said..
Seems to come up once every 3 sittings on average. It was on the last paper.
Aye that's what I was thinking.. May leave it out so! I've covered pretty much everything else. Plus you're the King of the FE1s so you're a great man to take advice from!
Anyone have condensed negligence notes inc SoC, DoC etc?
Any tips on what can be left out in cons?
Contract:
Does anyone have any simplified and condensed Consideration and Estoppel notes? No problem trading - I have same done for: -
Also, am i okay leaving out Mistake? I want to do Contractual Terms instead of this as they're important for Privity and Breach.
I am, I'll only be taking the date of each exam off and that's it. Coming straight from the office to go straight back in after.
