I have been very consistent in my view that the newfound love some have for SF will melt away like the snow when they realise that SF are not the Knights in shining armour some claim them to be, as per their record in the North.

He was being critical of FG engaging in the sting operation when they should have been addressing the cronyism. Harris was a side note.

In other news, there has been commentary online that some (I reiterate some) of those who protested the private residence of Leo Varadkar were SF members or activists. If they were they would have been acting alone and not under the party banner. MLMD and others have condemned it, but when you create a permanent feeling of outrage, its hard to control the masses. This will be a thing of the future when/if SF get to power as many people will switch from SF to an angry Nationalist far-right populism when the SF aura of utopia wears off.

Again, the claim was FG suspected Harris, not that Harris was the leak, however even if he had of claimed Harris was the leak I would still see it as Carthy merely referencing the talk in political circles, the sting is a fact though.
