Hey I thought it would be a good idea to start a post for my channel.

Huge thanks to everyone from boards that watches my first video, I can see from the analytics a large amount of my views came from here.

I've got a better set up for my next video, new light phone mount and remote. I'm still very much learning as I go so any feedback would be great.

So here it is, for this video I reviewed an Omega Seamaster 300 quartz. I was very luck to get a lend of this for the review ( I'd actually never held an Omega before this haha)

If you’re stuck for material to post , pop up a sotc or a post about watches you’ve had. You briefly mentioned your seiko in that picture above ,any more info on it ?Any topic of conversation will be better than bitchy comments

Mostly recovered now but still exhausted so I haven't had the energy to record/edit.

I've been sent a dive watch from a new microbrand to review so I'll have an unboxing of that up next week and should be back to weekly videos from then on :)

Fully vaccinated and extremely careful with hand washing and mask wearing. It really knocked my sideways. A month on and I'm still getting out of breath and exhausted

That's bad, but probably not as bad as it would have been if you weren't vaxxed. These things take time to get over so hopefully bit by bit you will get back to normal.

Wearing a mask is more for other people's protection but I've noticed many see it as protecting them and gives a licence to invade your space, just a personal observation throughout the pandemic.

Yeah Blanchy saw this last week. What mystified me was the 'military inspired' bit. Nice design but if you hadn't said it was 'MI' I'd never have thought it.

There's a hint of a tint of some 70's dive watches that were mostly unofficially used by some military personnel, but not much beyond that I'd have thought.

Thanks guys, I hope I've covered it abit better in the full review. The brand owner is ex military so was aiming to design a watch that feels like something you would be issued in the military, no frills, reliable, canvas tool roll etc.

Not the first on here to do this mod but its so simple and effective, this case will be the base for a shrouded vostok if I ever get the finger out and make it haha

I've been a bit slow on the videos lately, still not fully recovered so have very little energy after a days work to do anything. Back in the office 2 days last week so was written off all weekend. I'm planning to film some simple how to videos ( change batteries, change straps etc) that will be useful for beginners and should buy me some leeway to film the bigger builds.

Thanks for the helpful tutorial. I've been thinking of doing this to a watch i put together from ali express parts. The case and bezel are polished and might look better with a brushed finish. Keep chickening out though..
