Car looks OK. Cracks me up that sellers can't clean the interior for one or two good pics even if it's only for a cheap Bangernomics. Footwells look absolutely filthy. Good presentation can sell a car without much effort.

A near fourteen year old damaged Laguna for 1300?
Seems a bit rich for me
Smart looking 2.5 manual V70 with NCT all the way to October 2022, €2000
Think of it as a more practical Focus ST..
1200 a year tax plus the inevitability high repair costs from a 13 year old diesel.
not one for the faint hearted
For a car that almost runs on air, it’s an absolute bargain!!!!
Which car are you talking about that's a petrol not a diesel.
2004 toyota corolla petrol

I wonder what the story is with this one.

That lad often sells off good cars like that , purely so he has no comeback on cheap trade ins that he wants to clear quickly.
Maybe flywheel / clutch / turbo on the way out

2005 VW Beetle with NCT until Feb 2022 for under €700:
Hah, that’s only up the road from my old house. Great find
God knows, doesn't answer the phone so can't even ask.
Hi lads so found a 2008 Laguna
250000km
1.5dci
Nct 03 22
Tax 10 21
Looks in decent nick does that sound decent for 800 cash
SCRATCH THAT drove to portlaoise, car was **** scruffy and damage all over and vibrations in gear stick for some strange reason
This one?
Guessing the vibrations were a flywheel issue?
probably. Can I ask lads badly in need to get a car asap have you seen anything decent for maybe 1100 or 1200
I'm in the same boat as you.
How about this?
Im thinking diesel civic...
gorgeous 1.8 petrol with low miles if that suits anyone..
Lovely car that. And that 1.8 would go for ever.
Love this. Same owner since 07, history, NCT til August 2021 and tax til October, €1250.
You just don’t see these now.
Seems like the seller has gotten a bit pissed off :P

Even in the current market that seems a bit expensive to me. I think it's a 1500 car given the mileage. Tax is 710 per year too which might put some off. Rear of the car seems to be sitting very high to me also.
Rear sitting high might be something to do with the 4ws?
Nice and all as that Laguna is I wouldn’t fancy rolling the dice on it with that mileage and something like 4ws to go wrong
Yeah you could be right about the 4WS. It's certainly a gamble at that mileage.
Lads, I've a seller trying to flog a Volvo V50 who says that there is air in the power steering so the wheel is hard to turn but driveable.
Says no grumbling noises when turning the wheel just that it's hard, as if there's no power steering.
He topped up the reservoir but says it was never bled.
What say ye?
I say he is telling you a fib, too many sellers will to offer an easily fixable solution to a problem. If it just needed to be bled why didn't he do it before putting it up for salle or offer to get it done before you take it? Whole rack could need replacing for all you know.
