Well done to the camogie team today. Happy to be proven wrong, felt KK would be too strong beforehand. Hopefully Orla Cronin gets to play in the final.

Cork ladies U16 footballers, are Munster Champios, beating Kerry on a scoreline of 7-11 v 2-04
Some talent coming through through the age groups, clean sweep in Munster.
Impressive in fairness.
Watched the first half of the minor A Camogie Final
Its Cork 0-4 Kilkenny 1-5 at half time
The ref is one of the worst I have ever seen. Gives Kilkenny a free every few seconds. Cork player got fouled close to goal and he gave a free out. Cork started well but you can see them get deflated with every free given and Kilkenny have grown in confidence. The women's games have some of the worst refs unfortunately. Kilkenny got a very good goal though.
It finished Cork 0-12 Kilkenny 2-12
A very enjoyable game but for the first half refereeing. Second half he seemed to be less whistle happy. Kilkenny took their scores very well and got a great 2nd goal. Corks general play seemed better but the forwards were very poor. Lots of wides and dropped shots. You could see the confidence drain in the first half with all the frees given against them. Kilkenny forwards were very good though when they got the ball. They really need to have better refs in these games.
Ref was poor. Kilkenny forwards were very sharp.
Breaking: Ronan McCarthy steps down as Cork football manager

They should look to get a new appointment in soon so that he can get a full view of the Cork club championships with a view on next year. Good news for Cork football I think.
Great news
Club championship games, where can you get tickets? I assume the days of paying at the kiosk are gone with trying to control numbers.
Tickets go through the competing clubs with excess sold online AFAIK
Cheers

DRA give an interim stay on the 3 match ban so Orla Cronin is free to play in All Ireland camogie final for Cork. Been a tough week mentally now, presuming she starts, who misses out? And how does that impact them? Remember whoever it is, she will be prepped for it but tough

Great stuff. Went looking earlier for some news and couldn't find anything. Having her available is a real boost for what will be a very tight game.
Just hope heads will be in the right place after all this hassle.
Best of luck to them today
Tbh Would start named team and have her right to come in off the bench then, prob best way of keeping heads straight
Exactly what I would do. Our captain was the impact sub in the semi, let Orla do the same today.
