What's even more offensive is the "Live Laugh Love" thing in the kitchen. 🤮 😄
2 bed house in Enniscrone, Co. Sligo for €150k? Ok...seaside town, desirable location, holiday destination, etc. I can see why the price would be €150k. First pic looks ok.
Then you open the other pics 😮
I think there's small patches of mould setting in. Want to be careful.
I think mould is the only thing holding parts of that building together to be honest.
I think you are right, that and the building either side of it. If it wasn't terraced it'd be gone.
I'd be afraid of breathing in if I was in that place
Those photos are bizarre, especially when you see all the furniture still in place: beds lamps etc. Did people continue to live there long after the walls had become dark green in colour?
....
Or maybe the house is built like that 🤣
thats catfishing for houses 😂
Reckon its a probate house that's been sitting around for a good while. People tend not to take their furniture with them on the final move
Scary thought is, if the estate agent reckons they can get €150k for a property in that condition on the west coast what would an estate agent look for with a property in that condition in Howth, Dun Laoire or Bray? Quarter million?
€400k buys you a lot of house and outbuildings, together with 5 acres of land.
That is amazing!
Nice photos and it looks like the place was well looked after.
But I doubt there was any money spent on the structure since 1850.
I'd imagine you'd have to spend another €400,000 on it to modernise it.
Maybe I'm just a glass half full person.
I thought the same, but even at 800k it's a lot of property.
Not a radiator in sight! 🥶
Holy crap that's some colour scheme. My eyes!
You talking about the ensuite or the attic conversion?
That attic bedroom would be good preparation for a career in the navy....
That is unreal, looks like it used to be a hostel, and a retreat centre
A lot of angles. not sure what's going on here. The attic looks kinda nice in a weird way. Very relaxing I would say, if it didn't make you nautious.
The woodland though 🤯 8.4 acres for $195,000 (around €165k)
I think that little shed out the back is used just to get your head straight every now and then. 🙄
“Soaring cathedral ceilings” is some pretty extreme artistic license!
No. I like quirky houses but that place just looks exhausting, and I suspect when all the furniture was taken out it would look half finished.
Lampshade free of mold so i reckon furniture staged.
I feel sick looking at the pictures
I like that house. It's a bit mad.
On the other hand, the combination of timber throughout, the houseplants and the surrounding woodland, it would be a bitch to keep clear of spiders.
Theres an Irish connection in photo 30 too....
And in photo 24
