    Hi everyone

I’m looking to buy my first gaming laptop. Don’t particularly want to swap out sdd or ram on laptop but can if necessary. My top budget is 1200/1300 I also have unidays discount. Any suggestions or links would be much appreciated.

This is the laptop I am currently looking at if anyone have any personal reviews or options please leave a comment. Thanks

Is this spec laptop a good deal for €1600 ?? I'm not sure I need a spec this high but at this price is it somewhat future proof for say 8-10 yrs ?

I know I can pick up a lesser spec'd gaming laptop for about €1000 - €1200 but it would be at most an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, 512GB SSD, 8 GB Ram, 120hz Screen & Nvidia RTX 3060. Is the below worth the extra investment ?

    Alienware m15 Ryzen Edition R5

    • PROCESSOR: AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX Processor (8 Core, Up to 4.60GHz, 20MB Cache, 45W)
    • SOFTWARE: Windows 10 Home
    • 1TB PCIe M.2 NVMe Class 40 Solid State Drive Hard Drive
    • 32GB (2X16GB) Up to 3200MHz DDR4 SoDIMM Non ECC MEMORY
    • 15.6 inch QHD (2560 x 1440) 240Hz 2ms Comfort View Plus Non Touch Display, NVIDIA G SYNC & Advanced Optimus LCD
    • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6 GRAPHICS

    Thanks,

    T.
