Man Vs ManUre until 9/05/23
Wouldn't be a huge difference but 50% would mean a capacity of 41150 so an extra 1150 tickets.
A doubt you have a source for that bit about Cillian?
if we are winning with 2 mins to go, he will be on
If we’re winning with 2 minutes to go and he comes on, we’d be essentially finishing the game with 14 men.
Cillian is recovering from a serious Achilles injury, and we haven’t won an All Ireland in 70 years. There’s absolutely no room for sentiment of that sort on a day like that. If he’s not fit enough to come on when we’re chasing the game, he’s not fit enough to come on if we’re ahead.
Completely agree. While I would love for him to be on the field, I don’t think he should be there unless he’s 100% fit to play and ahead of the others not in the match day squad in terms of form.
That doesn't make sense,if we're a point up he will come on,a point down he won't.
That's high level sh1tetalk.
Does anyone know if Tyrone have any players who didn't make the 26 the last day but may be drafted in for the final?.
Saw him down at the misunderstood heron on Sunday, would love to be reporting back that he was tucking into a steak sandwich but he looked in good shape, no signs of a man with a double jaw fracture
Rory Brennan?
Definitely, had forgotten about him. I see this was mentioned in the Mayo news podcast last night. Richard Donnelly and Niall Kelly were also named as players who were missing from panel against kerry.
Little surprise.
Health minister stated on Morning Ireland that it is unlikely to be any increase on the 40,000 permissible.
Fingers crossed for the draw today.
Anybody know what time the draw is happening or what time successful emails will be sent?
Not a notion! I haven't found any reports or information on that. Just that it is to be today!
Keep refreshing the email account!
This is likely my last chance to get a ticket at this stage. I've the candles lit.
Same as. Can't see where I'm going to get one otherwise.
Contacts I have in some clubs who might usually get 2 or 3 final tickets are being told this year they're lucky to be getting 1.
I'll be pretty gutted if I cant see the final having only missed about 5 or 6 matches in the last 10 years, including League and FBD. But I know I won't be the only one in that situation.
Same here, if I don't get one through season ticket I would say I am watching from home or a pub! I never really hold out much hope for the club raffles even though i am broke at this stage with the amount of them I've entered!!!
Anyone get a ticket email from seasom ticket draw yet?
I haven't, just wondering if it's happened yet.
Maybe the lack of information on today's supposed ticket draw is because they are waiting on any decision on possible increase in allowed capacity.
just been confirmed that any increase is unlikely
Extra capacity for All-Ireland final 'unlikely' (rte.ie)
The covid situation and low uptake /unavailability for younger people of the vaxine in the North isn't helping things
Still no email here!
Unlikely means that until the men in suits get onto young Donnelly then it will....... That lad is about as reliable as a tinpot! :D
I hear Sky are carrying the ST draw for Mayo GAA. The lack of transparency makes me wonder if its even happening..... sorry my old skeptical hat on.
Listened to DB on OTB there yesterday in a podcast, he brings the passion thats for sure.
Mayo is over 95% of adults vaccinated. We'll look after the extras.😉

i dont remember asking for a cnut
I see our friends in the Connaught Telegraph have a post up on Facebook saying the 'GAA are meeting government over increased capacity'
No reports of this anywhere else though
Cool.
Is that it?
No link to you saying Oisin will come on injured if we're winning but not if we're losing,I was really looking forward to that.
Sounds like the Mayo GAA draw and the decision of more capacity will be clear by tonight.
