No, 75% events are still restricted to vaccinated only. Croke Park wont be asking for vaccine certs so still in the 50% category but most likely to remain at 40k since its pretty close to 50% already and they wont want to be seen to be pushing things after the scenes around the hurling.

I think the championship is great standard never been higher. Dublin in a state of flux. Kerry bubbling under, Mayo team flying, Tyrone reenergised by new tactics and management.
Monaghan a coming team and a breath of fresh air - team built on pace.
Great players in other sides such as Daniel Flynn for Kildare or Walsh for Galway who are great to watch. But you see none of that because you seem like one of those GAA fans who is never happier than when they are miserable?

Any entity can set its own entry conditions. A pub or club could set entry conditions of over 21 and you had to provide identification that you met the requirements.
In the case of resturants and hotels it was for indoor dining where you were not resident. If I want a drink inside a pub I have to provide a COVID certficate and identification. Recently went to a hotel to get a meal. They only allowed non residents to eat outside vaccinated or not.
The GAA can set its own conditions. If it decides on 75% attendance and it set conditions that you have to be vaccinated to attend then you have to be vaccinated and provide proof that is requested. It might cause an issue for the Tyrone team and there team managment

It would be very hard to argue a team is better without O’Connor with a straight face, but Clarke was always a liability. He was always an accident waiting to happen and they were never going to get over the line with him there.
Kildare and Meath are coming teams. Unfortunately, Galway flatter to deceive, a lesser version of Kerry, but Donegal, Tyrone, Mayo, Monaghan, Dublin and Kerry will be around for quite a while.
He was a good stop stopper but had a poor kick out.

The argument about the kick out over the sideline is a bogus one, firstly the Dublin players "did not make it easy for any Mayo players to be available for the kick-out" , I'll put it that way, and secondly Mayo would have had to engineer a score had they actually won any possession from the kick-out.

If I have a blame pie for Mayo's 2010s All Ireland losses I'd dived in up this way
Horan in 2012 for isolating Keane and allowing 2 early Donegal goals.
Horan again for 2013 for taking Freeman off very early and not recognizing that Dublin were struggling late on.
2016 I'm not going to blame Henelly or Rochford because I feel the way Dublin were playing they would have got three points a different way anyway rather than getting them via the goal from the penalty.
2017 Vaughan for losing his mind and getting sent off.
But I'd give the majority of the blame pie to Dublin and Donegal, because they were just better.

Clarke was the best shot stopper the game has seen and Mayos best keeper by a country mile.
The way the game developed in regards to kick out over the 2nd half of his career was difficult for him as he was never going to be a pin point accurate low trajectory kicker of the ball.He was also the best I've ever seen at clearing or fetching a highball in his own square.
There were seasons (more than one) where he saved more penalties than were scored against him,the best one on one keeper there's been.A few all stars aswell.

I’m not a wind up. There’s a lot more to goalkeeping than shot stopping and I don’t think I’ve seen a less commanding goalkeeper in a long time. You’d often hear of soccer goalkeepers being referred to as flappers and that’s exactly what he was. Always liable for a rush of blood to the head, whether he was trying to ham it up for the look of things or just panicked a lot, he’d often be seen misjudging something by a long way.

Also last year I recall Eamon Fitzmaurice made comments about him in final and how impressed he was with his talking and commands to the defenders.

The 6 Dublin forwards dragging down 6 Mayo backs is a great GAA myth. Paul Kimmage invented this rumour and probably wasn't at the game. Ciaran Kilkenny went for Lee Keegan after GPS incident and black carded.
I feel exactly the opposite. I always felt O'Connor wasn't quite as good as his scoring record indicates but Clarke was a fine keeper. Rochford dropping him for the replay was a major clanger and may well have cost them that final.
He stole all stars, though who from isn’t important. No business on a top inter county panel let alone an all star team. I think it was a qualifier down in Semple that was a highlight reel of what he was really about.

We all know the capacity limits are just more covid theatre, pulled from the rectum and unenforceable anyway. Good luck trying to decide if a venue is at 60% capacity or 80% capacity, who actually is the arbiter of that?

Well Croke Park capacity of 82,300 is public knowledge. I suppose the GAA could try selling an extra 5K or 10K tickets but seeing as they couldn't announce it publicly I don't see much point. As for turnovers Tyrone turned over Kerry 35 times. Kerry leaving Conor McKenna unmarked on the edge of the square for his 2nd goal was unforgivable. That was after they were exposed by a 3 on 2 for his 1st half goal. Lack of covering defenders for both definitely highlights poor workrate by Kerry.
Tyrone let Kerry go short on their kickout all day so they had to build from deep, and Tyrone sent them down the sidelines or bottled them up.
Tyrone went long on theirs which Kerry gathered most of. The mistake Kerry made seeing that was they didnt go long on their kickout also.
Outside of midfield david moran was ineffective and taken off. Not sure if he will ever recover from giving away possession at the end of the 2019 final v Dublin when they were a point up.
I see Tomas O'Se will join up with the Offaly Senior team. Will be a long winter in Kerry and a lot of knives out for Peter Keane.
