The All-Ireland is coming back to Ulster. Tyrone doggedness and lack of pressure (beating Kerry is already bonus territory) will see them over the line.
Mayo already win their final a few weeks back. Their mental weakness will show once.

We have to absolutely press the **** out of Morgan in the final. He nearly cost Tyrone the match today.
There was **** all covid in Tyrone by the looks of it.

He was horrendous. Worst performance by a winning goalie ever I’d say. Shows how bad Kerry were though that they still couldn’t capitalise. Shouldn’t be mentioned in the same breath as Beggan or Patton again.
Galway fans will no doubt invade the fourms like they do in the Hogan.
Re final.
Mayo have better footballers, better conditioning, better management and are likely to out number Tyrone in the stands.
Cool heads and self belief make this a 4/5 point victory.
I don't know. Mayo looked pretty rudderless for an hour against dublin.
Tyrone mixed and matched today quite well, running with kicking. They have some nice ballers and tight defenders. Expierenced as well most of them on the go since 2017.

I agree with this. We didn’t play well at all against Dublin for the first hour. Tyrone were quite strong today and took their chances well despite losing a huge percentage of their kickouts.
I don’t understand how the bookies have us as favourites - those odds should be a lot more similar for both teams than they are at present and I’d be shocked if they don’t end up being a lot more similar or even a reverse of the current status by game day.
The bookies have us as 1 point favourites. We're only favourites by the slimmest of margins.
PP have us as 4/6 and Tyrone at 6/5, that’s a bit of a spread but your point is valid re the handicap.
From what I can gather though bookies generally tend I throw out the handicap odds to see which way the money blows and then adjust accordingly.
I’d be more than happy with a 1 point win all the same.
What about the ‘curse’. Too many of the 1951 team still alive……Tyrone have their name On the cup……they simply have to turn up😀
Hard to know what to make of that, David Clifford and Sean o Shea the only one to show up for Kerry yet they could still have won only for some bad decision making with the square ball 'goal'. Not the final we were expecting but I am sure we will be well prepared for it in 2 weeks time.
If someone told you we'd be without Cillian for the Championship but were going into a final as favourites... You'd have had him locked up.
Some year! Time to get over that line in 2 weeks but as stated, we can't afford to start slow like we have been on the day.
meath man here.really hope that mayo can finish off the job now,there's only so much heartache any county can take.Have done a massive thing for Gaelic football in beating Dublin twice in ten years and only a kick of the ball in it so many times.where would football be if dubs got seven in a row.Anyway great credit to mayo for stopping that and from six points behind,it really is some achievement.massive sympathy for cillian O'Connor missing out sport can be really cruel. Great to see Kieron McDonald involved on the sidelines one of my favourite ever players.would love Aiden O'Shea to score 1.4 or something and take away mom trophy.so unfairly criticised over the years I feel hope his day comes had so hoped he would leave Philly mac on his arse when he came on at the end.He is subjected to pure thuggery game after game but it leaves space for others cause he is such a handful.Hopefully mayo are capable of getting 2 maybe 3 goals that's what wins games. Whatever doubt there was before, I can't see Aidan not starting against Tyrone now... High press on their kickouts and compete for a 50/50 with him out the field.
A Mayo Tyrone final is a rare occasion, it'll certainly be a different buildup and mindset leading up to it and that might suit us down to the ground.

100% The amount of kick outs kerry won was unreal yet they lost this game. This defeat will hurt Kerry alot.
For once we have an opponent who don't really have history on their side. It's very open from that side a bit like 1998 final.
Regarding tickets my experience in limerick for the hurling final was that more came on stream than I genuinely expected I have good connections but still thought that 2 of my immediate family had no chance of going but they did and that's considering cork were our opponents and they've a huge following. Dont get me wrong there was loads before the match without tickets but anyone I knew that wanted to go got tickets that was my experience anyway I know mayo have a huge following and there will be some disappointed but majority should be ok.

Yes, could be a game for Aidan. Still don't know where you'd play him. I'd still prefer a mobile midfield in Ruane and Loftus. Put him in full forward and he's going to get pulled and dragged, and can't guarantee he'll get the frees - I assume Gough will get the final and he tends to let a lot go. Could be demoralising to have him in there, just being consistently fouled out of it. That said, Tyrone will double up on him which could free up other players and open them up a bit.
I think midfield is an area to target in any case.
Tommy Conroy and Ryan O'Donoghue will be coming under pressure in this game. I think they will be targeted for a bit of bullying. I'm sure the Dublin game will have been huge for that bit of necessary steel, but it's something to bear in mind.
Don't think the extra two weeks wait did any great favours for Kerry, a lot of any game is what's between the two ears. Pressure and expectations, assumptions.
Mayo are now in same boat and arguably likewise disadvantaged. Another challenge.

Very good point re the smaller lads. They will really need to concentrate and hold the head so as not to bring the ball into the tackle. Ball will need to be distributed around as quickly as possible, and then get the optimum kick off. Either that, or have AOS full forward to add as a distraction. And hope that it creates a little more room for the others. I don't know who'd have to pick up McShane if he started. Who'd have the strength. I don't think Keegan is a strong type man marker. Great player obviously and great at getting the better of the likes of D Connolly and Kilkenny from Dublin. But not sure how how he'd cope against a powerful type confident player like McShane. Wouldn't be too worried about the rest of the Tyrone forwards. Maybe McKenna. He'd need to be closely watched.
