Yes but the audit is designed to not find anything substantial but still be able to throw enough rubbish that will later be shown to be nonsense that it will justify in the minds and words of these people any restricting of votes in the future.

Seems a bit lazy to me, really, considering how much these audits apparently mean to you.
There was also a fine handed out for phoning people and telling them that voting by mail could result in their personal details being used by credit card companies and police departments. This has resulted in the largest fine for robocalls given out in the US though. No prizes for guessing who the perps supported!

However a forensic audit, in this case, is being done by a company whose 1 employee has been an advocate of a stolen election and also participated in the film "The Deep Rig", said company has also allegedly received payments of 5.7m USD from conservative groups associated with TFG for performing said "forensic audit".
