just last week i was reading about sinn fein honouring dead hungerstrikers or celebrating fallen ira members , and were apparently annoyed at them doing so , and this week now you are saying sinn fein are trying to push the conflict up north away ???

This is a Sinn Fein thread, not a Fine Gael or Fianna Fail one. I know the FG members voted for Coveney as leader. We can only assess the economy after Covid, but I agree likely we'll see more incompetence. Sure didn't FF cause that last crash. Jennifer Carroll MacNeill did arrange to meet a potential FG council cabndidate and blackmail him with a snap chat comment he'd made that she was holding over him. Also the Varadkar criminal investigation is ongoing and PAC will be investigating the legality of the Zappone appointment.
Housing, health, criminality, cronyism... I think the 'best of a bad lot' days are behind us.

That's a new one, SF shouting about other parties and criminality. Between the TD who robbed the charity. TD linked with murders. TD covering up for the PIRA murdering people. I am sure I forgot plenty more. Can you point to any criminals in other parties?
I think we can safely say that Michael Lowry fits the bill from his time in FG. But to be fair, FG kicked him out whereas SF is happy to keep their criminals.
People don't really care though. As long as you fix potholes, get medical cards, attend funerals. It doesn't matter one iota.

25 years after our independence I could have shown you a Dáil full of people who had been involved in criminal acts.

Ironically the TD who is currently under investigation has done more for Sinn Feins popularity than most this past few years but he ain't a member
