a bit of justice there that the penalty was saved because it was a very soft penalty.

Tyrone settled quickly but we've not settled really.

This ref seems to give them free kicks all the time but Cork are really poor today.
Only 1 team in it. Their defenders are defending well but our forwards are running down blind alleys, straight into where defenders are. It's easy to defend against in fairness. The ball needs to be transferred at speed into space.

Northern folk who have seen this Tyrone team in action in the Ulster reckon it is potentially the best minor team they have ever produced, which is high praise thinking about the last 2-25 years of football. Anyway, hard luck and let the hurlers now do their thing this evening.
Well I would view tonight's minor team as one of the best I've seen from Cork in a very long time. Hopefully they get over the line.
If our half backline play well, I cannot see us not winning, they are fantastic hurlers.

Tyrone looked very good but Cork made numerous basic errors so that's the annoying thing.

A while back, I was at a friends house and his son came in. I thought he was about 20. Then his dad sad he is on the Cork minor hurling team. This kid was massive! Looking forward to seeing him tonight. Makes me laugh as when I was a kid, the team I was playing with hired a bus to go to a match and the bus driver looked at me and said that's very good to see. Everyone was like what do you mean? He thought I was a mascot as I was so small !! 🤣
As an FYI, the camogie on TV now will result in 2 winners and Cork will get one of them in the draw later. Galway gets the other winner in the other semi. So Cork will get either Kilkenny/Wexford or Tipperary/Waterford.
Up 0-09 v 0-04 at the first water break, we've settled nicely and our half back line and midfiel are fairly well on top.
When the cork minor team get going they are a joy to watch.

Yes it is very impressive so far. He is a standout. Almost looks like a senior already. Some great scores taken from all over the team. Buckley is very lively. Finn with another sideline.
The tackling and hounding of galway players is very impressive too
