I'm 170 - 200, hoping all is through by end of next week to get the call in Sept!
Im around the 340-360 mark and appointable now too so fingers crossed lol

I am similar to Belfast guy! After you become appointable do you receive any more emails or just wait for the call ?

the end & start so I assume from 26th through to the first week of sept
I'm appointable and around 280 on the merit list so I'm hoping for a call.

That's you appointable - after u have received medical and smt results, and having passed the pca and the vetting :) Once u get the call, u might get some further emails prior to your actual start or in relation to your induction that is approx 4 weeks before the start in GV. Hope this helps x

So this is very last minute (as usual) but does anyone know what we're supposed to wear at the intake weekend? I know it said be prepared for kneeling and lifting, but I can't figure out if it needs to be smart casual like the induction? 😬
pretty much the same as you wore to induction but make sure you have flat shoes on!

what is this intake weekend? Is this the very stat of ur GV journey with a whole weekend to start with?
Intake weekend happens the Saturday/Sunday before your first week (which is currently online). You go in collect your uniform, put it on and then have talks from departments and different folk about the job but also other things like the federation etc
Does anyone know is there a cut off date for when your appointable to when your called?
hoping to be appointable as of this week, sitting in top 20 of the merit list and hoping for a call for the October intake? Will this be too late?
based off what I’ve read im not sure the merit list comes into play when you become appointable, I think it is who is appointable first! Good luck
I would imagine if your appointable and top 20 you would next on the list surely
There is actually a cut off point, you need to be appointable from the previous week to receive the call. Probably to give HR enough time to make your pack up I’d assume!

Been appointable over a month 300-350 on ML and desperate for a call. Trying to work out whether my hopes are too high!

Seems the be the pattern! Last week of month calls go. Could be wrong!
I think it will be next week tho, as there is the 30th and the 31st on the Mond and Tues, and also, last few months calls have been also out on the 1st of the next Month as well, so who knows, could be the end of this or the start/midle of next week? Phone is on me constantly, being obsessed with not losing signal in case i miss the call lol :)))
