How?
It's not gambling when it costs nothing but time/data to enter. Charge them 50c for every time they scratch if you want to teach them that lesson. At least you'd get something out of it then.
On another note, still no wins on 3 phones having played every day since launch. Definitely a record for me and an unwelcome one at that. Unless I win a car wash soon, Circle k and I will be parting ways.
