Well, we need someone from each division to act as commishioner/GM and they will invite people or send around invite linnks via PM.
As a reminder Divisions 1,2,3 and 5 still need GM's.

Yes, you either need to get added to last seasons division 5 league as an admin, or else just create a new league and send the invite to everyone in division 5.
I believe Hoki was the GM for division 5 last season so maybe he can add you as an admin to that league.

Think you'll have to go down the route of creating a new league and inviting the relevant users. Most of the players from division 5 last season are now in division 4 so I just renamed the league and added the remainder...
It's pretty much the same thing setting up a new league anyway.
