As for legacy issues, the responsibility for a framework to deal with them lies with the two signatory governments to the GFA and ancillary agreement which dealt specifically with 'legacy'. They have so far failed to introduce a framework to deal with those issues.
It has gotten so bizarre that an attempt to introduce an amnesty by the British government, for those involved was resisted by republicans and loyalists alike.

The border poll should have nothing to do with religion. That sort of comment belongs back in the 70/80's and will end up with more killings. The border poll should happen when both the people of Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland want it to happen.

As usual you are wrong, for a start at last count over 10% said they had no religion and 6.8% didn't answer. That's from 2011 and if following the rest of the World I would say the no religion is growing more than anything else

I voted for the GFA blanch...I keep telling you this, and I READ it before I voted for it and knew what I was voting for.
Excluding the representatives of nationalism was not part of the deal/agreement in my opinion, I INVITED them into the democratic process and I accepted that some of them had done some horrendous things.
When SF proved to me that they were committed to peaceful means I considered voting for them and did so at the last GE for the first time.
Except im refering the ballot box and the % of each community in that area,played againest voting turnout,allowing for roughly equal abstentions from either community at the previous local elections
If the results for individual ballot boxes,were available,i would gladly dig into deeper reaearch on the matter (this phonoman,while widely known, first come to extreme prominence,when bobby sands elected in a 50/50 constituency)
