Do when know when the general sale tickets will be released?
Kerry-Tyrone semi and final moved back because of covid issues in Tyrone panel.
Doesn't really affect us I suppose...
Midwest Radio today said ticket requests are still being processed by the clubs.
Mayo GAA said there was technical difficulties at the weekend with clubs not getting their allocations.
They're awaiting news from croke park about when online general sale tickets will be available.
Ive heard from two clubs in Mayo that there were requests for treble the amount of tickets that they got. I know some usually connected Dubs who havent gotten a sniff. Id be very surprised if there are any / very many on general sale
Our club were assured of the number they ordered, but a neighbouring club did not get the number of tickets they asked for. They would be a bigger club, but still. All club members should be looked after.
Got an email at 6pm there with the link but they said tickets had to have been bought by 1pm. Now in an online queue. Apparently there's a mix up where people got double the amount of tickets they ordered.
Bit of a **** up really.
on sale at 3pm today according to Midwest only 1k though.
I looked at the queue... 1k people! :D
I can't access my tickets. Site is crashing
Its a pure and utter shambles
I got tickets as they went through the main site after all that
Sly move....
There was 10k plus sitting in the wrong queue. Surprised the GAA didn't give out the link for the tickets.
Was very handy to get through in the end.
missed out.
If anybody has a spare ticket for sale etc..I will give it a good home.
At work all day.
Solid interview with the great Seamie O Shea on the Mayo News Podcast.
Conor Lane is the man in the middle on Saturday.
**** sake.
So if the Hill is open and wasn't for the hurling semis and it wasn't to allow for extra capacity what is the justification for opening it? Is it advantage given to Dublin or the GAA placating the Dublin fans? Mayo really can only play what's in front of them but just curious to understand the reasoning by the GAA
Hearing of awful bad luck with an injury to Oisin,I really hope it's not true.
if you're going to spread a rumour, you may as well spread the whole story
He was spotted outside a physio clinic in Claremorris and the story grew from there according to my sources.
It is odd you have to say. It will be open for only 1 of 4 semi finals of hurling and football. IF the capacity is stuck to then it will leave a chunk of people out of the stands so will be strange. Tickets are cheaper too on the hill.
Would have liked David Gough tbh,
TBF he probably is the best in the business.
it'll be grand as long as we have him reffing the final.
Err...
Oisin is injured and will miss the game.
Dreadful news.
Total game changer, whatever chance we had....
I really, really hope it's not true.It was going around club players whattapps this morning but haven't heard anything since which is good I suppose.Im trying not to dwell on it unless it's confirmed.
How are folks doing on the tickets front? I had none this morning and had resigned myself to watching in tv.By pure chance I had 4 by lunch time so delighted with that!
Its open for the Kerry v Tyrone game too. I've got a ticket for the hill for that game.
Dont know what sense it makes but sure I'll take what I can in these times
A post on Hoganstand said he torn his quad. Disaster if true.
I have heard he went down in training had a scan in Dublin no damage done and should be ok for Saturday. Hopefully he be ok it would be a massive loss for us if he is out.
Please, please,please 🙏
Good man eastmayo.
A touch of positivity!
