No, I bought a phone using a Tesco SIM. It got submitted successfully, got charged (pending) and it got cancelled later in the day.

You need to log into your account using your email. Or just call them using a Vodafone number.
Vodafone's website is a complete joke! The whole team responsible for this site and the service behind it need to replaced immediately.
I must say that's pretty quick by Vodafone standards..
So ordered this on Monday morning and got a mail with an Order number. No other mails have been received. I didn't bother registering an account. I was onto Customer Service Chat to check my order status yesterday morning and they said it was on hold due to stock levels. I was onto them again yesterday afternooon to see if I could change the delivery address (no go) and while onto them asked again about the delivery. This time he gave me a shipping number.
Tracking numbner didn't work straight away but last night was showing up in the Dublin parcel hub. Again just to say the only mail I got was the initial Order # immediatly after orderign and nothing else.
The whole website, ordering and lack of emails is crazy, I won't believe anything until I actually have it in my hand !!

How much time it took for you to get the status updated to "order received" after placing the order on their website?
did they push you to purchase the credit while you collected your order from the store?
There's a click and collect option when you're filling in your eircode for delivery. I checked every vodafone in Dublin and none have it in stock. I even went to one and they said they should have arrived yesterday but all out of stock as of last night.

The €99 has gone from pending to paid in bank account so hopefully I will get the phone delivered. No dispatch email or anything yet however.
Got mine this morning. About 36 hours after I made the order.
Earlier post says Tesco and Lyca sims not accepted with the offer.You can get a Tesco sim in store for e15.00
Porting a Tesco SIM worked for me.
Address had only first name, town, county and, thankfully, Eircode
Not aware about discount on 5g model but it is costing €329.
I'll give it another €99 shot.
