Kinsale always throws up these mad prices, it really is a micro market out on its own. Id guess a lot of Kinsale property is advertised on French and German sites as well as Daft and the international interest helps drive the prices up too.

And only 1.35 million. Its 2,100sqm with 14 bedrooms and then a further 30 acres of land with fishing rights on the river Suir. thrown in too. It puts that Kinsale house for 5 million in the ha'penny place. Its a yes from me.

It's in a terrible location though. Kilmuckridge is all about the beach life and the social scene. That house is totally out of character for the area and also has a hint of Love/Hate to it...

It isn't even money as the furniture is the same stuff people in council houses buy. I have the exact same glass table I picked up free on adverts for a project I am working on. The dinning room chairs are cheap plastic chairs this isn't even medium grade furniture.
