The loss of link ins from Google search results is surely a site killer, no? 20+ years of information with broken links would surely turn people off the site. To me, that's a huge overlook.

Nice to have the site back up and running again.

Will be nicer when the bugs are ironed out but for now, it's good to be back!

On My Threads, a thread title remains bold even when it has been read making it impossible to determine if you're up to date on your thread at a later date. Also no notification of how many of My Threads are unread.

Yeah honestly cant use Boards without the Dark theme, the fact you went live on a new design in 2021 without a dark theme is baffling

Quoted posts if more than a few lines has an arrow to click to expand - it doesn't work so you can't see the quoted post which makes the reply post incoherent.

Links posted are not just links but connect to the external site on loading, it's a live link

No thanks button, no multiquote button --> EDIT Like button appeared on this post but not any others for me to like/thank

I'm using Chrome on Android, I didn't use the dark theme on the touch site, but all the whiteness here is hurting my eyes.

Will there be an incognito option? That would help to reduce the list of users at the bottom of the page.

Firstly I suppose thanks Odhran, great to have the site back. I have to say I did miss it while it was away.

I suppose as highlighted above there are always going to be items which people had gotten used to which they'll look for back. Is there anyway for people to log tickets/requests like bugzilla rather than blindly posting into this thread? I can only imagine ye won't be able to see the wood from the trees if ye only take requests through this?

Or even if ye transpose stuff from this into yer own ticketing system, giving people an idea what items ye are going to look at and prioritise?

An annoyance which i'm sure will change is that you have to click the link to navigate offsite when in fact it is still on boards.

Right, I've got my answer - posting hasn't subscribed me to it - and I have a right headache now after going all around the houses trying to find the thread again!

So, is there a way to subscribe to a thread that I just can't see?

Where on earth have all the r&r threads gone?

Hopefully it's just a couple of clicks required to bring back the Soccer forum with all the old content. It's one of the most popular forums on the site but it seems like it was an afterthought.

The theme looks great on desktop to be fair so well done on whoever custom made that. Hopefully an option to stretch out the content to the full screen like we had available on vbulletin can be added as there's a lot of empty space as it is.

Screenshot of where to find spoiler tags. On my desktop, it's the weird icon to the left of the comment box, then click the quotes icon and select the appropriate tag.

Login seems to be taking me 4 or 5 seconds each time. (On Mac / Chrome / Desktop)

It's not great really, few issues for me...

Threads on a phone are just a big white page you scroll down with a load of writing appearing, far too hard to differentiate between posts. A hair thin grey line isn't a border. The destop site has the blue border between posts though which is good.

The categories section is a mess, it's easier to search for a forum in the search bar than go looking for it.

New posts in a thread aren't highlighted enough, little yellow star doesn't cut it for me. Prefer the dark bold writing in the thread title that appears with a new post.

'Users Online' at the bottom of the page...massive list of names. Could be made a drop down.

The above are mobile specific issues, the desktop site is just a case of too much white space everywhere as has been said. Needs to be tightened up and the colours tinted a bit or something I don't know. Name panel to the left of the post should be darker and the post section darkened a little bit too.
