I think a driveway might be possible up the slope though. Didn't look too hard for flaws inside and there could be many, but the views, backing on to the Pheeno and very close to the city, although you could be forgiven for thinking it's in the countryside. I grew up on the opposite bank of the river in an estate of houses, and one of the houses had a canoe and a garden that went all the way down to the river. We as kids used to go back and forth in said vessel, no lifejackets or anything. Ah the days and the memories...
