You are basically agreeing with me. The point is that the houses with excessive pine skirting / doors /kitchen, cheapest bathroom suites and flooring etc are not generally priced at nearly half a million. Nothing wrong with basic fit out when the cost reflects it, but in that kind of house and at that price it should be better.

The close up photo of the dents in the lino was an odd choice for including in the listing...
