Chelsea bought personalities, Drogba, Cole, cech alongside what they had in Terry and Lampard. City didn't have those established players and the players they brought in didn't connect with media or football fans in general. Aguero still can't speak English. Robinho didn't know who he was signing for. City feel like one of those US franchise teams that move city. Oakland/LA/Las Vegas Raiders or the Vancouver/Memphis Grizzlies.
