I know Murph might do it a little too much but I do think interrupting is needed from time to time on podcasts, as guests or hosts will go off an a tangent or waffle. As much as I love Ken, he could veer off talking about quantum physics or Shakespeare for an hour uninterrupted and go way off topic!

The truth is, that the Premier League and European leagues generally are a bit crap, with winners very rarely being in doubt when the last games of the season roll around. If it wasn't for tradition, we might be able to tear up the structure of these competitions and make them into something more competitive and unpredictable like the NFL, but as it is, they'll continue to soldier on with a straight league format producing 2 or 3 genuine title races a decade.

There was a couple of times where he started a question and then had to reword it and he just sounded flustered, was really annoying

Caitlín Thompson on today. Excellent as always, really has a gift for simplifying topics that can appear complex in a sport that a lot of people don't really care about.

However, for me, it was a bit like Torville skating without Dean.
I really can't put my finger on it and I'm sure it's only in my head but I just really like listening to Eoin and Caitlín chatting.

I'm struggling to care as much about sport so not enjoying watching it as much however I still love listening to the podcast as its mindless escapism for me

Aguero's English is good, he simply has no interest in interviews and plays the dopey foreigner character to get out of doing them.

City have had comparable personalities over the last decade (Zabaleta, Richards, Kompany, Kolarov off the top of my head), whether you choose to buy into them is your own choice.

Chelsea had also qualified for the Champions League before Abramovich took over. They are one of the few teams never to be relegated from the Premier League. They were never a push over. They had Desailly, Poyet, Zola, Vialli and other fantastic players.

They are also owned by a rich man instead of a rich country. I'm not sure why that's different but it feels different.

That said I cannot stand either club and would give the final on Saturday a miss if there was anything else to do.
