There's something sad about the child-friendly tiles in the bathroom, it looks like a formerly loved family home that gradually fell into disrepair.

It needs a hell of a lot of work, but it could be a lovely little home. The surveyor's report might be daunting though.

I think that's fabulous - decor is a bit shiny for my taste, but that's easily fixed.

Why you'd have the master bedroom on the ground floor beside the hall and dining room is a bit of a mystery to me though.

I think it’s an upside down house where the entrance and Master Bedroom is on the top floor. The layout still doesn’t make any sense though, very poor design.
