I will take a 0-0 in this Liverpool game. Captained Kane - but own Salah and Phillips. It will mean none of the high captain picks Fernandes, Kane or Salah did anything. So it would be no damage done.

Benteke seems to be rolling back the years alright. I don't know what happened him but at one stage in his career he was unplayable. Once it was a header you would nearly assume goal.

While that wouldn't be the worse, Salah captain at home needed a win to get CL would be a lot more enticing that if they screw it up tonight

A player who has had numerous injuries and done little nothing last few years, has just scored for the 4th game in a row and got double digit's for the season.

He's also done more in the last few GW's that all the other strikers that are supposedly world class:

Oh he was, maybe you are too young to remember? He caused havoc when he played for Villa in the 2012/13 season. 19 goals in the PL and another 7 in the cups. A one man battering ram.

Edit: I just looked up wiki -

Villa manager Paul Lambert praised Benteke's performance on his debut calling him "unplayable"

As far as FF is concerned I feel that he's been a good player over the years, do i remember an opening day hattrick or something when he was at Villa all those years back. Injuries haven't helped him but this season he's back to his best.

I always feel a bit 'disloyal' owning a player like Salah in this case and hoping he does not do well.

Feels like I should be apologising to Salah but I have never even met the fella!
