Racism is the cause of every negative thing that could possibly happen in one's black life.

What the cause of every negative thing that could possibly happen in one's white life, nobody knows.

That one really cracked me up, I had it on repeat for like 5 minutes.

Will personal responsibility ever happen or will it always be someone else's fault.

    How pathetic .

Victims never succeed. Never happy either due to externalizing the locus of control .

There are a large number of lawyers who have made a good living out of people who had abdicated personal responsibility by enabling them to sue the other party.

Which is why we have ladders that cost much more than they really should and car mirrors with "objects in (the) mirror are closer than they appear" and many other such safety messages for those who are too dumb to use common sense!

Racism is a disease now it seems.
Will we all be vaccinated for it ?

Sam McConkey reckons 70 bajillion people could die from it before the end of the week.

Yes, they should go even further: in order to promote diversity of abilities they should not mark down inaccurate computation results for science and engineering and inaccurate drawing and descriptions for medicine. And this should be extended beyond university, after all we are all humans and all abilities must be celebrated, and who says that a jamaican folklore major cannot do brain surgery and design bridges.

Nothing to do with wokism but...

Science finally admits that it’s a myth that we fall off a fertility cliff at 35

A new study has extended women’s reproductive life spans to 37.1 but the earlier figure was always arbitrary and unscientific

Isn't that just an estimated age as women get older it get more difficult to become pregnant. And your not far off 37.1 when you are 35.

It's kind of like saying the average life span of people is around 75 but you could live longer or you could die earlier. But if I were to scientifically prove it was 77.1 years on average!
This study obviously doesn’t mean that having a kid after the age of 35 is a breeze. However, I really hope it prompts us to stop treating 35 like it’s some kind of fertility cliff. Hit that magic number and you’re officially described as being of “advanced maternal age” or a “geriatric mother”.

So we can now prompt everyone to call out 37 yo having children.

Who was it that said "reality is that which does not cease to exist when you stop believing in it"?

I think we are due a dose of reality real soon. :D

Soon, when the first space shuttle designed by diverse inclusive engineers fail to appear at the launch site, because they thought that flying into space means mixing weed with speed.

So basically the Metropolitaon police had to take lessons in bad English otherwise known as street slang. It will be on the curriculum next.

If you're in university and you can't spell properly I think you're in the wrong place. They're doing the students no favours when they get into the real world . If I worked in HR and got a CV off someone that was full of spelling mistakes , I wouldn't hire that person . I doubt many people would

Not being able to spell is not an issue, not being able to use a spell checker is. My son is dyslexic and a desperate speller.... he also has an IQ that’s flags him as a genius.
I would never preclude on spelling but would if they don’t have the know how on how to check/fix it.

Agreed, there is a difference between having a condition that makes spelling difficult and simple ignorance & laziness that enables some people to play the "victim" card whenever it's pointed out.
Typos are a plenty, but the spell checker comes to the rescue every time, but you do need knowledge of the language to choose the correct spelling of the word that you've mistyped as well.

If spelling "doesn't matter, what else in the curriculum is being also overlooked as "not important" when it comes to grading. I'd hate to drive over a bridge that was designed by someone who was a bit careless with the decimal points.

The article has nothing to do with dyslexia though , which there should be allowances made . It's about minorities not being able to spell correctly . All I'm saying is they should encouraging people to learn how to spell correctly instead of the opposite. I agree with your comment about spell checker . There's no excuse for not having good punctuation.
