Someone mentioned a few pages back that they think it was used, in part, as a therapy centre for autistic children. That kind of use would help to explain the "cinema" room's furnishing.

The sad thing is when you look at what you get for €95k on daft, the hovel seems like a better option. I mean, you could cobble together a nice simple life in a beautiful environment there if that's what you're into
